Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Service was not as good as it usually is. We waited over 15 minutes to be greeted at our table. Our servers time was spent elsewhere though he was kind and sweet when he was with us.

    The price steak is extremely high..so I was expecting perfection. Did not deliver on that. Veggies were good. Dri is were good. Be ready ro spend a pretty penny. Service Amazing

    The New York strip bone in was mediocre at best. It was not medium rare and it had no taste and I left about it at least a third on the plate which I wouldn’t normally do.

    My wife and I used to frequent here every weekend and decided to come back and try it out again after a break, but the food has gone downhill - save your money and go elsewhere.

    We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday at The Capital Grille last night, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and decadent desserts. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to make the night special, with personalized touches and attention to detail that made my wife feel truly celebrated. Every part of the evening was flawless. Highly recommend The Capital Grille for any special occasion or just a great night out. We’ll definitely be back!

    Excellent overall as always! My family celebrated birthday there and had a wonderful time. Our server Daniel also made every effort to make sure all the dishes are cooked perfectly and enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

    The waitor was very sexist and barely acknowledged me to order a drink until my boyfriend ordered. He also just assumed my boyfriend was paying. First time I ever didn’t tip.
