   🌷 Mother's Day Review – The Capital Grille, Plano, TX We celebrated Mother's Day at The Capital Grille in Plano, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm ambiance to the carefully crafted dishes, everything was tailored to make the day feel truly special. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible service provided by our server, Bre. She was not only professional and attentive but also genuinely kind and engaging throughout our entire meal. Bre made sure we were comfortable and never left waiting for anything—from drinks to special requests. One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was how attentive Bre was to my son. She took the time to talk to him, made sure his meal was just right, and treated him like an important guest at the table—not an afterthought. That level of care meant the world to us and made the day even more memorable. The food, as always, was impeccable—the steak cooked perfectly, sides rich and flavorful, and dessert beautifully presented. But it was Bre’s thoughtful, personal touch that truly elevated the entire experience. We’ll absolutely return—and next time, we’ll be asking for Bre by name. She made this Mother’s Day one to remember.

   We went here for a date night and were seated immediately upon arrival and our drink orders were taken very shortly after that. The drinks were very good and the waitress was on top of it with the bread and appetizers. She took our food order promptly and the food came out in a very reasonable time. My girlfriend got the lobster tail which she said was "the best I've ever had." I had to send my steak back to be cooked some more because it was a bit more rare than I asked for, but it was very thick for a NY strip. Other than that it tasted great!

   Capital Grilleは全米にありますが、このPlanoのお店は初めてでした。大きなテーブルもあるので、６人以上でも対応できます。基本、メニューはステーキなどの肉が多いですが、魚もあるので、肉の苦手な人でも大丈夫です。前菜に海鮮の盛り合わせをオーダーしましたが、プレゼンテーションもよく、ワクワクするのですが、２層になったお皿の下段が食べづらく、またレストラン全体が暗めの照明なので、下段の料理がどのようなものか確認しづらかったのは改善の余地があると思われます。
