Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Lobster Bisque loaded with lobster - yum! Steaks and lobster cooked to perfection. No room for dessert but they brought a complementary celebratory dessert anyway (that we consumed!). The Capital Grille never disappoints.

    What an amazing experience. Our server, Christian, was amazing. He was so nice, attentive and had great recommendations when we needed them. Food was great but Christian made our night. Thank you Christian.

    We were disappointed in the quality of the steak, as the ribeye seemed to be on the tough side. The prices are through the roof these days and I don’t see the value like I used to.
