Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     both myself and my associate ordered medium temp on our steaks, both came out medium rare. I decided I could live with it, she sent hers back. Way too pink.

    We’ve dined at the location regularly including holidays. This time was nit the most pleasurable. There was a linger wait to get our order taken (the waiter made a comment about me being EAGER to order). Our food took a while to come out. He asked if we had any plans (flights, events) happening afterwards and when we said no he told us our food may take a little longer. We had an extra side that we didn’t order come to or table and get added to our bill. It was removed when we bought it to their attention.

    Food was excellent, especially the lobster risotto and scallops. Waiter was nice but left the dirty dishes on the table too long. He also didn’t review specials or offer dessert.

    Loved spending lunch in such a relaxed and beautiful environment; no rush as we enjoyed the legendary calamari appetizer followed by mini steak burgers accompanied by refreshing and healthy sautéed spinach. Dessert was delicious: crème brûlée and dense chocolate cake with berries made for a satisfying ending. Our server was welcoming and attentive and timed our meal perfectly. Thank you!
