    The food was amazing ! We always spend our holidays at The Capital Grille. The Capital Grille always give us excellent service. But this evening service was not up to the expectations. Our server Ryan seem not all in, I guess he had other tables to serve. We had to ask him a few times for a couple of things we requested. Example lemon for our water or the marinera sauce for our calamari. The little details is what counts and I think maybe he had alot of his mind and didnt give us the full service or attention. Our server Daniel from December 24th wqs BEYOND amazing. He made us feel right at home. Victor who was a busboy? Or the person who pour or water and gave us extra bread ( not sure what title) but he was very kind and generous. One thing that I found strange was that I received a call from someone who asked how much tip I left the server Ryan because supposedly they didn’t see anything, mind you our CC receipt was signed and left on the table. So that was so ODD and not professional to be asking how much of a tip we left the server for the night.

    The food was excellent. Of course it is expense, but it is worth it. The service was amazing. Bri is an excellent waitress and makes the meal feel special.

    We went to capital grille-Paramus on a Saturday afternoon at opening time. Bar is very nice. Matt was very friendly and welcoming. His drinks that he made were excellent. We then had lunch. The space is dark. Hard to read the menu. They can use brighter lamps on each table. Food was delicious and I love that the server recognized my food allergies from the open table app. We would definitely return.

    The service was good, but the waiter kept pushing drinks too much, it was a turn off, when I’m ready to order more I will let you know! Otherwise the rest of the service was very good.

    The food and birthday and anniversary surprise desserts were outstanding. I suppose it was a busy night as when I ordered my wine. It arrived 20 minutes later and I was already halfway through dinner. That was my only complaint. Nobody beats the food. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the lobster tail as well. Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and sauté mushrooms were fantastic. Noise level a bit too loud for easy conversation but that would be expected on a busy Saturday night!

    It was a great experience. Will for sure be dining again. Little pricy for the portions but flavor was worth the price.
