Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I asked to be seated in a particular servers area and they said they were gonna do that in the end they sent me in a totally different server. I’ve been coming to Capital Grill for many years and I think it’s unfair and unreasonable that they just thought that was OK. Spoke to your manager and he gave me his phone number saying that I have a problem to call him I understand that but I don’t think that’s necessary. I think they should’ve fulfilled my request and they did not. I’m in there at restaurant many many times disappointing

    There is no better place for an outstanding, memorable, exceptional meal. David, the Managing Partner, Nadine, the assistant manager, Jarel, who takes care of everyone in his section, along with a very attentive group who assist Jarel, and all the BEST!!! We were celebrating a birthday on this occasion, yet it is always a celebration dining at the Capital Grille. Lou D
