Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capitol grille was typical chain restaurant trying to look elegant. Food was okay but over priced. The best parts were bread and cheese cake. The ribeye was average and coffee infused strip not very tasty. Augratin potatoes okay and bacon appetizer had hint of BBQ sauce which I was not expecting. The salmon was good but should have been on bed of spinach or some other green. Instead it was served with mushrooms which I thought was unusual

    Great food and service !!! Never a disappointment at the Capitol Grill. Our server was particularly good. Attentive but not overly enthusiastic. Very nice person. I believe that his name is Steve.

    It was my husbands’ birthday, and the restaurant made everything so lovely, including a round table in the corner (so intimate, while remaining a part of the whole restaurant experience). Service was wonderful, food was impeccable. Don’t miss this as a destination for a wonderful experience, you will NOT regret it ;) Thank you to Capital Grille Restaurant for being who you are!

    We love to come to Capital Grille for special celebrations -and Michael our waiter was a gem-attentive but not intrusive. The food is always tops, and although pricey, we enjoy the splurge once in a while.

    My 90-year-old mother loves to dine out, and The Capital Grille is probably her favorite. My wife and I like it very much too. Friday, mid afternoon, our server Jay gave us insider information about the restaurant intended to help us maximize our enjoyment. Drinks were a Margarita, a Stoli (the Grille’s specialty, a pineapple-based gin Martini made over several days), and a very limey Mojito—all exceedingly refreshing. My mother and I each had a juicy 8-ounce filet mignon, hers with mashed potatoes, mine with mouthwatering creamed spinach, and my wife had the seared salmon with couscous. We topped off everything with coconut cream pie and cappuccino. Jay was totally attentive without hovering, yet always at hand when we needed him—a first-rate waiter. We commended him to a manager, Steve, and told him all the staff throughout the years have effusively responded how much they enjoy working there. This obviously reflects well on management, not only the pride each staff member takes in helping others. We always have a terrific time at The Capital Grille.
