Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Was a very disappointing experience, the steak was not cooked as we asked and all the food (3 steaks and sides) came out barely warm. The service was great as they took 2 steaks back however they brought one back well done which we didn’t ask for. The steaks are very expensive so to have them not up to par was unfortunate and the food was not as high quality as always. The service was very helpful but ultimately the food wasn’t as good as usual and for the price it wasn’t an amazing experience. They didn’t even offer to remove the steak from the bill after they cooked it wrong twice.

    Even though it was "Father's Day" a busy holiday and very full crowd the service and food were still awesome. Usually when it is a busy holiday one or the other suffers but all was wonderful.

    We absolutely love the Capital Grille, especially for special occasions! The staff was absolutely wonderful, the food was beyond delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful! Thank you making our first Fathers Day without our daughter home from college, extra special! We promised her we would go again when she is home on break so hopefully will see you soon!
