    Another great dinner at the Capital Grille. Our server Adrian, assited by Benny, was attentive, but didnt 'hover. Our food was prepared perfectly, steak cooked as desired, sides and drinks to even accomodate a food sensitivity. We travel often and really appreciate how the Capital Grille is a reliable choice, always delivering the classics.

    No issues with the food. Great, as usual. The problem today was that on Sunday at 6pm with less than half the restaurant filled, the service was way off. Exceedingly slow. Shockingly slow. So slow that we bailed on ordering coffee because we were afraid it would mean another half hour wait. Not sure what was going on, but it puts a damper on the experience.

    Was a very disappointing experience, the steak was not cooked as we asked and all the food (3 steaks and sides) came out barely warm. The service was great as they took 2 steaks back however they brought one back well done which we didn’t ask for. The steaks are very expensive so to have them not up to par was unfortunate and the food was not as high quality as always. The service was very helpful but ultimately the food wasn’t as good as usual and for the price it wasn’t an amazing experience. They didn’t even offer to remove the steak from the bill after they cooked it wrong twice.

    Always an excellent experience. Food is consistently great as well as service. Valet parking is a plus !!

    Absolutely phenomenal dining experience from start to finish. We started with the mozzarella and the lobster crab cake both were fresh, flavorful, and plated beautifully. For our mains, the filet mignon on the bone was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the A5 American Wagyu was next-level rich and buttery. Our server, Andrea, was amazing attentive, friendly, and made the entire night feel seamless. The ambiance was spot-on, and The Capital Grille – Paramus truly delivers every time.

    Even though it was "Father's Day" a busy holiday and very full crowd the service and food were still awesome. Usually when it is a busy holiday one or the other suffers but all was wonderful.

    We absolutely love the Capital Grille, especially for special occasions! The staff was absolutely wonderful, the food was beyond delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful! Thank you making our first Fathers Day without our daughter home from college, extra special! We promised her we would go again when she is home on break so hopefully will see you soon!
