Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a great dinner and our waiter was fantastic. Excellent food, drinks and service all the way around. We love coming here after a long day of shopping. We’ll be back!

    Outstanding experience, as always! I was there for a business lunch. The lunch choices were delicious. The ambience was conducive for conversation. The service was incredible. Capital Grille never disappoints.

    The service was exceptional—our server Leova was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for any occasion and the food was fantastic Highly recommend!

    We chose to celebrate a birthday on the last day of Magical Dining at Capital Grill. Aside from the food being excellant and much more than one can eat, our server Courtney was friendly, caring, attentive all the while being professional. Do not want leave our the hostess, her name we dont remember, decorated the table before we were seated. Thank you for making the birthday celebration a special one.

    Nicole our waitress is great and super sweet. However, the support staff not so much. We didn't get the bread until we got our entrees. And we also heard cursing from them too many times. Inappropriate. Lobster bisque and onion soup were great. Filet was ok. Kona bone in was good. Dessert was fantastic. All in all, we had a nice time but there's room for improvement with support staff.

    The Capital Grille speaks for itself, but, on this night my clam chowder had to be sent back because it was cold and the steak that I asked to be well done came out rare. I must say that our waiter Will was outstanding!

    Upon entering, the reception was yet to be desired. The hostess made us feel as if we were an intrusion. She spoke with no eye contact and when proceeded to tell her my name for the reservation, she abruptly said she would be with me in a minute. Our server (forgot his name, but he reminded us of Michael Bublé)🙂 was amazing and gave excellent suggestions regarding drinks and the magical dining menu which we all had with additives! Our sa ensured that our water glasses stayed full. Dinner was amazing. We enjoyed all.
