We celebrated our 1 year anniversary the night we went and were glad we did!

Food was great, atmosphere was peaceful, and we overall had a wonderful time.

Usually 5 stars, but not that day. Large party in the back dining room, but did not close the retractable wall. The noise from the party was annoying and ruined our lunch experience. I spoke with staff and was told the party attendants did not want the wall closed. Bad decision for other diners. Food was excellent. Service NOT the usual excellent experience since staff was pulled to service the big party.

Fathers Day. Wonderful dinner. The Kona steak my husband had was to quote him the best steak he’s ever had. I had the Sea Bass cooked to perfection. Our server Emely was Amazing. Great service Sweet as can be.

We love this location! Every Saturday night! And in today’s times, they’re doing all the right things to keep everyone safe - hand gel at entrance, staff wearing masks, paper menus, 6’ seating at bar & bartenders wear gloves - all with their usual wonderful service & fabulous food!

We been faithful customers for 5 years NEVER have we been brought to go boxes to bag and box our own food as well as ask for refills ...the server had NO TABLES we was his last and he walked past us plenty of times we literally had to catch him and ask for what we needed .. capital grille servers have been awesome but he was the worst.. the food was omg amazing ty to the cook so as for the server we left him a big fat $0 in tips And will never sit in his station again . My husbands birthday still turned out amazing thanks to the food. And when my husband said he was going to say something because we know the drill I immediately said no don’t we simply won’t leave a tip.. u can tell he is there for a paycheck only but I’d think with training he wouldn’t be out there serving like that .. we will be back as we always do but that server never again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone that I know to sit there .. our bill was 300+ but yet we scrapped and bagged our own the other servers before him have always been on point so I had to write a review which I never had but I had too this time he was horrible and needs to be at Applebee’s or chillis

This is the first time we've ever been disappointed with a visit to a Capital Grille. Our expectations were that the restaurant would be particularly good about following appropriate guidelines, which is why we chose to dine there. But they were lax and careless in many cases. Although our server had a mask around his neck, he never placed it over his nose and mouth at any time. We saw numerous staff without masks, or wearing them incorrectly... including those coming in and out of the kitchen. And service was not as attentive as we have come to expect. Especially with the reduced number of guests, you would anticipate better.

We will not return.

Great food and great service

Great food and excellent service! The steak was cooked to perfection and our server went above and beyond. Always recommend. Make sure to get the lobster Mac and cheese when you stop in!

Everything was great their social distancing was on point

I was shocked at the lack of quality of the food and drinks. Maybe the chef was out of practice. My Stoli Doli tasted like it wasn't aged properly. I sent it back and was not charged. My Tomahawk steak was the most well done piece of meat I had ever been served. I ordered it medium rare. I really loved that place and am very sad that I won't be able to return.

Amazing atmosphere and food great service overall

I had the sea bass and it made me terribly sick. The asparagus was very slimy and greasy. The Fiji water was good

Capital Grill is a favorite go-to for special occasion dinners where the entire experience is sure to be classy and memorable. The wait staff is professional and attentive, and manage to be friendly without being overbearing. Fives all around for our most recent Mother’s Day dinner!

We were seated near the bar area next to a very loud, intoxicated man who was having a spirited discussion on his phone. He seemed to be a regular patron because he knew the bartender and waitstaff by name. His boorish behavior was not only tolerated by the staff but some seemed amused by his disruptive behavior. Another couple asked to be moved to a table outside to get away from the excitement.

Our waiter was nice but did not seem to have fine dining experience. Multiple glasses were left on the table throughout the meal and he spilled water and drinks frequently without offering to clean the table or replace the wet plates.

The salmon was good and it was lovely to be able to dine-in after a long period of quarantine. I did appreciate the waitstaff wearing masks but one waitress did not have her nose covered, which of course defeats the purpose.

Happy the restaurant is open again.

Food was delicious but not as good as we've had there before. Service was slow considering how few guests were in the restaurant. We were there 2 hours and didn't have dessert. It was enjoyable, but glad we weren't in a hurry!

Offered a family Easter meal for takeout - bone-in rib eye was mouthwatering fabulous!

They made my birthday celebration feel very special with the decorated table and card.

Our recent experience was very good. We were celebrating our girlfriends birthday and she was very pleased, as were the entire party.

I ordered a medium cheese burger and after 45 minutes received an overcooked burger.

The scallops and risotto were amazing!

I hate to write long reviews but open table makes mr. I'm a man of few words.

Service was excellent by a waitress name Katie
Entries were excellent with the exception that they cooked sea bass instead of salmon that was ordered
We ordered 2 sides dishes and they were burnt or overdone
I took my guess to the Capital Grill because l was telling them that they served excellent meals
Meals are expensive quality usually excellent
Very disappointed

Worn down, filthy, smelly and dark.
Sit outside or in the bar. The dining room carpeting is filthy and the smell is overbearing.
Do not complain because the manager will fight with you. Just because you wear a suit, does not mean you are competent.

This was one of the best meals I've had locally in a long time. We had such a great evening that we closed down the dining room! The food was super good...I even had a dessert. I want to return sooner rather than later.

It was our colleagues birthday. We utilized the private room and it was perfect for the occasion. Our meal was great! The service was exceptional as always and of course we’ll be back in the near future

I normally enjoy Capitol Grille across the US. My experience at the Orlando location wasn't great. I ordered a bone in NY Strip and server brought me a boneless NY Strip. I told the server I ordered the bone in. the server argued with me telling me they dont have a bone in NY and that they only have a bone in Rib Eye. I showed the waiter the menu with the bone in NY Strip. Then she said I ordered the wrong steak. the manager told me they would prepare the bone in for me. in the mean time my friend was eating his meal. point is we weren't eating at the same time. no one offered an apology or compensation. Bottom line, the service at the Orlando location was very poor
