Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I always have a great meal at the Capital Grill. The food is excellent, service is always perfect. Our waiter, Iggy, was a true professional and very personable. It's always a little dark but not such that you can't see your table mates.

    Georgia took very good care of us. The seafood grand platter was a great starting point. But then, the four steaks really topped it off.

    Great food and friendly service. Took the time to ask me if I was a Mother and wish me a Happy Mother’s Day. I was indecisive on what to order. My server graciously helped guide me thru the choices I was trying to make.

    We haven’t been to capital grill in a while, Molly was an excellent server! She has the biggest smile while we were there serving us, she really made the dinner enjoyable! Food was good, good steak. Kinda fun to have 4 different bread choices while we waited on our food. Molly noticed my husband had used his dinner fork for his salad and brought him a new dinner fork because the restaurant is “fancy” and they want to give you an experience.
