Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Dinah took care of me in the bar and lounge. She was very sweet and helpful. I had the most lovely time sipping on some wine, reading my book, and enjoying the ambiance. Everyone at The Capital Grille is so sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

    My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a fabulous dinner!! Our server Anne was so pleasant and conversational. They had our table decorated and a nice note when when we arrived. Our food was perfect and our server brought out a fabulous dessert for us to enjoy. Wonderful experience

    The food was good and the server was great. Her name is Lily. My only complaint that the food did not come out hot. I don’t know if it’s because it was Father’s Day and they’re very busy but we had to send back our mashed potatoes because they were cold the lobster biscuits also serve room temperature and I preferred it hot, but as far as the experience , it rate them four star. And food unfortunate I have to give a three star this time. Maybe next time…
