Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille is always a winner! It's my favorite for business meetings, family outings or date night. I'm never disappointed with the service, food or servers. Travis is always outstanding along with most others that I have experienced.

    Alec was great and the service was impeccable. We celebrated my sister’s bday there. The only complaintI have is there was a piece of paper in my sister’s entree.

    Everything was great here! We came for an engagement dinner and they gave us champagne and a dessert which was a nice touch. Knowledgeable and friendly service, food was outstanding.

    The service was good however two of the dishes I ordered were not cooked as requested. My Husband and Daughter ordered steaks well done and both were pink inside.

    I had the porcini Rubbed Bone in Ribeye, it's one of the best steaks I've had. Everyone is always good and the service is outstanding. It's by far my favorite restaurant in the area.

    Excellent food, comfortable environment, great conversations! Wonderful NY strip steak cooked to perfection paired with shareable sides- what more could you ask for. Definitely coming back to try the seafood dishes.

    Eating at the Capital Grill is an experience. The very best part is the excellent serve staff. Our waiter, Darryl was incredible. He treated us like royalty. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere calm, classy and comfortable.

    We opted to sit in the Bar area. Had a good bottle of wine while enjoying a fantastic burger, soup, and delicious crab/lobster cakes. Atmosphere was energetic and Angelo (our Server) was engaging and professional.
