Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Visiting Capital Grille is always a delight, especially when hosting family from out of town. After picking them up at the airport, we headed straight to the mall to dine at Capital Grille. Minh Ho manages an exceptional restaurant with a fantastic staff. Our server, Danielle, was professional, attentive, and brought humor to our table. We enjoyed a fun lunch filled with laughter, delicious food, and outstanding service at one of the best spots on the Strip!

    Capital Grille always treats us like kings! Our server Jeff is far and away the best server we have ever had, he made our experience very special. Highly recommend! Food was amazing as always.

    Waiter was awesome and very attentive. The manager took time to come to our table and chat with us and make sure everything was good. Clean and well maintained restaurant and food was good. The bartender Kevin was very friendly and made great suggestions on drinks that were delicious

    This dinner was spectacular until it came to my steak. I ordered their house special the porcini rubbed ribeye. The steak came out over cooked and very thin. The menu didn't say the weight of the steak so it's my bad for not asking. I feel screwed with that choice. There was no way they could cook that steak rare with how thin it was! Their calamari was the best that we've ever had - anywhere! It was cooked perfectly - very tender - with some nice tasty peppers. The service was excellent.
