Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille always treats us like kings! Our server Jeff is far and away the best server we have ever had, he made our experience very special. Highly recommend! Food was amazing as always.

    Waiter was awesome and very attentive. The manager took time to come to our table and chat with us and make sure everything was good. Clean and well maintained restaurant and food was good. The bartender Kevin was very friendly and made great suggestions on drinks that were delicious

    This dinner was spectacular until it came to my steak. I ordered their house special the porcini rubbed ribeye. The steak came out over cooked and very thin. The menu didn't say the weight of the steak so it's my bad for not asking. I feel screwed with that choice. There was no way they could cook that steak rare with how thin it was! Their calamari was the best that we've ever had - anywhere! It was cooked perfectly - very tender - with some nice tasty peppers. The service was excellent.

    Our experience was exceptional. Tj, our server, was top notch, and the Manager Danielle decorated our table with personalized memorabilia that elevated the entire experience on our wedding day!

    My favourite restaurant in Las Vegas and I’ve been a returning customer for about 15 years. Every visit has been memorable. Food was exceptional - as always. The steaks were the stars of the show and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Cooked to perfection and really tasty. A big shout out to the creamed coconut pie which was a revelation. We were very well looked after by Danielle and Derek who made our visit a truly special occasion. From securing our favourite table (with the lovely views of the Wynn), to delivering the highest levels of service - this still remains the best place in town for a special night. Can’t recommend it enough!

    Once again the staff at The Capital Grill Las Vegas provided and excellent dining experience. Erik our server was the absolute best. Attentive and provided excellent suggestions as well as answering any questions that we had. Everything from appetizers, salads and entrees were presented beautifully and tasted even better. It was so much food we passed on desert. Coming to this location every time we are in Las Vegas continues to be a well-deserved treat.
