Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Server David was exceptional and did a great job ensuring we had a great meal. Steak and other sides were prepared to perfection and he went out of his way to ensure any special request we made were met. Great dining experience overall!

    Our server, Gaby was terrific, and the "birthday surprise" for my son was thoughtful and generous. There's a reason that this is where we go for celebratory events.

    Visiting Capital Grille is always a delight, especially when hosting family from out of town. After picking them up at the airport, we headed straight to the mall to dine at Capital Grille. Minh Ho manages an exceptional restaurant with a fantastic staff. Our server, Danielle, was professional, attentive, and brought humor to our table. We enjoyed a fun lunch filled with laughter, delicious food, and outstanding service at one of the best spots on the Strip!

    Capital Grille always treats us like kings! Our server Jeff is far and away the best server we have ever had, he made our experience very special. Highly recommend! Food was amazing as always.
