Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     always a fantastic experience at capital Grille it was our anniversary and they took special care of us. There’s 1 million restaurants in Las Vegas but Capital Grill is our favorite always always good always consistent.!

    Always a great experience at The Capital Grille. This was our second visit to this location and we were celebrating our anniversary this time. We were amazed by all of the little touches that made our night even more special. We were greeted by a handwritten anniversary card and little confetti hearts that adorned the table. Danielle was our server for the night and she was very attentive and pleasant. Service was not rushed and everything came out at a nice cadence. Food was so fresh and cooked to perfection! At the end of dinner they brought out a little dessert for us to share. Thanks again to Danielle and the staff — it was definitely a memorable and meaningful night.
