9/10 Capital Grill is flawless. This time was a 50th birthday party, not a huge party, 8 adults. The dining room was fairly empty. From the point we sat down to getting our food was 1 hour 15 mins. No appetizers, and we had to ask for bread on two separate occasions. Drinks weren’t refilled to a point the ice completely melted. When we got our meals the dry aged bone in ribeye was more fat than meat, and not marbling, fat. The sear was decent. The mashed potatoes were runny and the Mac n cheese was pasta with watery cheese poured on top, not even mixed. Our server delivered the food and never returned until the check. We’ve never had a bad experience at Capital Grill but if this is the future post Covid, we will be taking our business elsewhere

Special Thank you to Server Miguel and Manager Juan for a quality total dining celebration experience. Lobster Crab Cakes made fresh and sautéed as an appetizer. NY Bone In Steak was charred and medium rare cooked to perfection. Tuna Sushi Grade was grilled lightly to perfection killing any surface bacteria. Fresh Asparagus grilled firm and very tasteful. Fresh local strawberries served with fresh home made whipped cream. Nicely served timely pacing each course without any hesitation or rush.

Server sat us in a stained table cover and bugs around the booth. The staff didn't do anything about it.

Wife and I went for dinner to break out of staying at home for dinner. The Capital Grille was just the place for an enjoyable dinner out. The staff and tables were set up and followed distancing guidelines and face covers for the staff. And the food was as expected, exceptional.

I Enjoyed my birthday! Food was great! Service was great! I do not have one complaint! First time at capital grille & I will be back!

We were originally given the worst table in the house in front of the kitchen, i had us moved as my party was there to exp. this place fully. wait times were long for drinks and with 2 servers we noticed the other didn't know what the other was getting.

The food and service, as always, were perfect. Our server, Natasha, was outstanding!

Birthday dinner

Food is always great as is the service. Restaurant a bit empty with reopening after shutdowns, but it is always a pleasurable experience.

The shrimp cocktail was delicious. The lobster bisque and clam chowder good, the steak was awesome. Our waitress was amazing. Excellent selection of wine.

We loved dining with Carrie! She was personable & on top of all of our requests.

First time out after the quarantine. Wanted to go to our favorite steakhouse! Capitol Grille never disappoints! Fabulous food, fabulous service, fabulous ambiance!

We came to support this business after being closed for the pandemic. We have come to this establishment many times. The food is always great and the service is usually equally good. This time they fell way short. Our sever was the bar tender leaving us to ask for items and feeing as if we were a bother for her.
They sat us next to a table full of 12 y/o girls who were loud, mind you we were trying to celebrate our anniversary.

Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable during this pandemic service food and ambience was fabulous last night it was one of the best meals we’ve had in months looking forward to more dinners at your wonderful restaurant thank you

The meal was good overall. It took a long time to order. I guess the server was busy even though there were only three other tables in the entire restaurant. They sat a couple in the booth next to us even though there were plenty of tables

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch at Capital Grill. The employees made us feel comfortable and safe by wearing masks and gloves as they were serving our meals and drinks. Thank you to the staff and Chef for a spectacular meal and service!

The experience was amazing and considering the times during this crisis in our country it was pleasant, safe and thoughtful with impeccable service from the hostess to the waiters to the servers to the ancillary staff. You go Capital Grille thank you for always setting the bar high and give others the model of which to emulate !!!

Strange not being crowded with the current situation. Mony did a great job.

Wonderful meal , celebrated our 52nd anniversary. Gracious server. Only sad thing only 10 tables being served because of the Corona virus scare.

Went for our anniversary. Asked for Pablo specifically, who has taken phenomenal care of us in the past. This was no exception. Pablo went above and beyond for us yet again. Outstanding food and outstanding service. Can’t wait to go back.

We have eaten at this restaurant about 4 or 5 times now, love it! The food is always superb! The wine list is excellent. The service is superior! Ivy is a spectacular server!

Waiter was sub par. Food was great as usual.

Food and service were excellent. The only complaint that I have is it was really loud in there. My husband and I could barely hear each other. They also sat us at a 2 top right next to a private room where a large party was, so waiters kept walking in and out every 3-4 minutes, the door kept getting flung open into my chair. Our table was right next to another 2 top we’re another couple was eating and it felt like we were on a group date. If we are spending $250 on a meal, it would’ve been nice to eat in peace.

We have had the pleasure of being under Natasha's wait service a handful of times now and she is wonderful. She helps provides a very relaxed and super friendly dining experience. It is always nice to see familiar faces, especially when they make you feel confident in the quality of experience you will have.

The food was fantastic . Recommend bone in filet mignonette! A must and their cheesecake

Always love cap grill. The place was very busy so the wait on drinks and our dinner was longer than normal but great as usual. Our waitress was super attentive

The wait staff was outstanding! When one of the members of our party asked for key lime pie (which they did not have) they went next door to another restaurant for the key lime pie!
Of course the food never disappoints
