Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I can’t say enough good things about Capital Grille ! It is my sons favorite restaurant since he was a little boy. We save it for all our special occasions and so its a treat for us and appreciated every time. We ate there on Mother’s Day and had a fantastic meal with our server Nick who is the best!!! I have no complaints other then I was so full in a good way! Thanks again CG for enhancing another holiday for us !

    Love Capital Grille. Food and service are impeccable. My husband had the veal chop with lobster tail and I had the bone in filet - everything was outstanding. Our server, Nick, was professional, thoroughly knew the menu and specials and we were not rushed even though it was Mother’s Day. Five out of five stars for sure and can’t wait to go back.

    This place is always on point. We tried a different dish and it was wonderful. They also did a special card for our anniversary. Simple things goes a long way
