Capital Grille is definitely the place to go if you are looking to eat peacefully with decedent selections. Between the amazing service and dark ambiance the experience is all around wonderful.
I enjoy their vast selections of wines as well as their menu selections. Their lobster mac &cheese and coconut cream pie are must haves!

We had a lovely dinner at The Capital Grille. The food was overall very good. The surprise hit was the seeded dinner roll which was beyond delicious. Our server was excellent and through. He gave two complimentary glasses of champagne which was a nice touch!

The Capital Grille never seems to disappoint. They are consistently excellent. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always so attentive, and the food is always made to perfection. A speical shoutout to our amazing waitress Gwen. She was always one step ahead and was so confident and not all flustered by anything. Everyone is always ready to help and serve you and you will never eat a bad dish. A few favorites are the tuna tartar, burrata, filet mignon, lobster mac and cheese, and the best flourless chocolate cake to ever exist.

This was the first time I had dined at the Capital Grille. Everything from the food to the service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and professional. Everything I ordered was prepared perfectly!! I recommend the New England Clam Chowder and their Chilean Sea Bass were prepared with perfection. Will definitely be going back!!

On Tuesday I took my managers out for Christmas dinner to celebrate. We decided to go to Capital Grille. What a great choice, the meal was amazing!! The service was outstanding! Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I decided since we could not spend the Christmas holiday with our families , we decided to enjoy ourselves for a nice dinner for 2. The ambiance was beautiful. The food was amazing and the staff was personable and caring. We has a memorable night. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The Capital Grille never fails to impress. They welcomed us, and sat us early, and honored our requested for the small room on the side for privacy. John the waiter was knowledgeable and very nice. Food and drink was outstanding as always. We even met some friends on our way out. All in all a wonderful Christmas Eve 🎄

We ordered the 22oz bone in rib eye steak. We recall the steak being bigger than the one we got this time around, so was disappointed when we got our steak . Still taste great nonetheless . A bit on the pricey side though

The service was great as usual, the food was also very good. The Ribeye with the aged balsamic was surprisingly good. I would also recommend the crabcakes, they were better than expected. The Capital Grille, Garden City New York is consistently good and they go out of their way to make sure your experience is pleasant.

CURTIS IS BEYOND THE BEST WAITOR. and having him on Saturday night made up for my last experience. Food was perfect. Drinks were perfect and Curtis has to be my waitor forever

The filet was subpar. The drinks likewise. Very disappointed

Have been to the place millions of times. Business casual dress-code does not exist anymore. Blame COVID or poor management- I don't know. But almost everyone was in a hoodie and a baseball hat.
Have never had a bad meal here except for this time. Quality of our rib-eye was equal to a local supermarket's. Fillet mignon was well done instead of medium rare and extremely salty, I could not even finish it.
The wine list was good as usual. Probably we will not go back for a while. Very sad.

Waiter took a long time to bring drinks, wrong food came out. Had to ask multiple times for water, asked multiple times for salt no one ever brought it.

As good as any of the steakhouses on long island. Had a delicious strip. Restaurant is attached to roosevelt field mall so you have to deal w their parking lot but once you're inside, it's what you'd expect. Very ornate. Very attentive service. Amazing cocktails and desserts
