Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We have been patrons of the Capital Grill for many years. The service was outstanding. However the ambiance and food quality was lacking. The restaurant is in desperate need of updating. The dining room definitely shows its age in all respects. The salmon salad was not up to expectations. In the past the salad consisted of a generous amount of lettuce, tomato , mango and avocado with a nice piece of grilled salmon. This time there was a small portion of lettuce with very little mango and avocado sprinkled around and a small portion of salmon on the side. We were surprised to see a patron with a GIANT breed dog roaming away from their table heading towards our table. Disappointed that the Capital Grill allowed such a giant dog in the dining room. Only good part of the meal was the service.

    Great restaurant, my girlfriend & I celebrated our anniversary here. They had little heart decorations set up on our table and gave us special free dessert as a gift from them for our anniversary. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Another fabulous dining experience at the Capital Grille! Everything was delicious and the service is always outstanding. Troy was our server once again and he was fantastic!  Everybody had the sliced fillet with mushrooms, onions, and fig sauce, and it was cooked to perfection. The tuna tartare and burrata and heirloom tomato salad were delicious appetizers. It was a special occasion in our family and Capital Grille treated us to a lovely congratulatory dessert. It was a lovely evening and we look forward to coming back soon!

    Absolutely delicious! We started with the lobster bites and bacon and field greens salad. Followed by the special bone in filet, tomahawk veal chop, au gratin potatoes and steamed spinach. To close out our evening we enjoyed the cheesecake and coconut pie. Miguel was outstanding, very attentive.
