This is the second time I have dined here. The staff are very attentive. Food is delicious, both times having a steak. Best steak in Fort Worth. Recommend the mash and corn as sides.

Cocktail sauce for the shrimp was amazing! Blue cheese bacon wedge salad was very tasty. The cream spinach and cheese potatoes were great! 10oz filet was tender and juicy! The drinks and service was top notch! Great dinner! Definitely will be back! Keith E.

We celebrated our anniversary and were treated like royalty. Our waiter Andrew was phenomenal. He took the time to personally get to know us and ensure we had an amazing experience. We didn't know our appetizer had taken over 30 minutes to be delivered to our table. We received an apology from both Andrew and Alfredo the manager. They even comped our appetizer. Food was excellent, from the steaks (porcini bone in ribeye, filet mignon with onions, mushrooms, and figs) to the lobster and crab cake to the salads (Caesar and wedge) to the sides (creamed corn, au gratin potatoes), it was all well cooked and tasted delicious. We were so stuffed after the entree, we had decided to bypass dessert. A few minutes later, Andrew came to the table with a rose to give my wife as well as a celebration plate with their signature desserts. They both were magnifico (cheesecake and espresso cake). The evening could not have gone any better!

The service and ambience were perfect. Everyone was really nice. The food was average. I expected more. I had the New York strip and while it was perfectly cooked, it had no seasoning and no salt. The mushrooms were also bland. Potatoes were perfect. Caesar salad was just lettuce, a few strips of cheese and a couple of croutons. One of the worst ones I have ever had, to include being at a food court. My wife’s lobster was the highlight and was very good. I was very disappointed in the taste of the food and will not go back.

Perfect, beautiful, romantic, first date spot for me and my girlfriend. Service was great, and the food was delicious. We loved everything, from the bread that was brought out to accompany our meals, to the actual entrees themselves. We had the clam chowder and the lobster Mac and cheese. Both not technically “entrees” but both were large, delicious, and filling. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food. Service was wonderful. It’s pricey, but you know that going in. If it is going to cost that much than it better be good and it certainly was. It was our anniversary and they had a nice card, signed by the wait staff, on the table. They also gave a complimentary desert for our anniversary. Really nice experience.

Great experience. Went to celebrate 2 birthdays. They had the table decorated and gave a rose to the birthday girls and me so I wouldn’t feel left out ( super sweet ). Staff knew the menu well and described everything in detail. All of the staff was very attentive and very nice and super helpful. Food was delicious with a lot of flavor. We order the black truffle butter with a dry aged New York strip, creamed spinach and creamed corn with bacon. The least favorite was the creamed spinach, due to lack of flavor but it was still pretty good. Definitely rebooking a reservation for my graduation next month.

They never fail to deliver. Great food, great service (Xavier was outstanding). We chose it as our steak house of choice. Better atmosphere, better food, and less pushy servers than Del Frisco’s. Always consistent excellent.

The capital Grille in downtown Fort Worth is our go to place when we want to celebrate a special event or “just because” event. Depending on the occasion, they decorate the table for us accordingly. One time we were there on a Tuesday and they asked if we were celebrating anything and we said “no, we’re celebrating Tuesday!”

I have been to The Capital Grille in FW many times. Always great service. I usually have steak and love it. This time, I decided to have the South African lobster tails. I would not recommend the tails. First, they did not have 8 to 16 oz single tails. They only had two small tails, total 6 oz or so. The smaller tails do not have the same sweet flavor as the larger tails. A disappointment. They should not offer smaller tails as it is not the same.

Excellent experience, Server was amazing and since it was our anniversary they prepare a card signed by the Team and the extra attention to details like a Rose etc. Food was excellent and they make our visit perfect. This elegant restaurant always does a great job- the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. On this occasion we were celebrating 3 birthdays and the staff did an amazing job, especially Courtney Y. , from start to finish. Steaks were cooked perfectly, appetizers and sides were absolutely delicious. The chef was able to create half and halves - gluten free vs non for every dish. To top it off, the desserts were also presented with a gluten free version! What a treat! Thank you for making the evening so enjoyable!
