Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we came in for a medium rare steak but got a well done very dry steak instead. Very disappointing.

    Overall, it was a great experience. However, we've been several times, and it's our go-to for a celebration, high-end dinner, and the service is usually above and beyond. This time, it was not at the same level of service as normal. Maybe because it was Easter, although we were there after the main lunch/brunch crowd. They were out of certain things, and we were told that they were done serving brunch, yet I saw table after table being served brunch items. The food was excellent as always, just not our best experience there

    Even though we reserved early they placed us by the kitchen. If we were seated in the dining this would be a 5 star review!

    It was our anniversary and when we got there, they had our table decorated and a nice card and we received an amazing dessert. Service was A+ food was A+ really made our 42nd anniversary special.
