Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     It’s always a great experience! Suzanne’s the best server anywhere; professional, funny, and remembers everything we prefer! Also, really like Keith, the manager who checks on us….it couldn’t be better food or experience!

    Always a delight to eat here! The service is beyond excellent as is the food! The Calamari was some of the best we had ever had and the Steak Cobb was excellent...the steak cooked to perfection! We are going back soon to order the Lobster salad! And.....don't even get me started on the bread with salted butter!!!!!

    The staff was fabulous and made our 18th anniversary so special. They put heart shaped glitter on the table, wrote out a celebratory note and serviced us a yummy dessert! The staff went above and beyond any expectations. I will definitely come back for other celebrations;)

    As usual we had a great experience at the Permiter Mall location. We were very warmly greeted upon entering and promptly seated. The food was great as usual and we received exceptional service from Cecil!

    I have brought several couples to CG and have interoduced them to the porcini rubbed steakkk and without exception they say that it is the best steak they have ever had. Of course, Cecil as a servier makes the meal very enjoyable. I used to go to the Buckhead location, but I now go to Perimeter as they have upped their game considerably.
