I ordered the new Plate special. It was excellent. I upgraded the French Onion soup to the Lobster Bisque. It was delicious especially with the splash of Sherry over the top. The slider was so tender it melted in my mouth. Its was a great lunch.

Our waitress had an attitude. We have been to the restaurant at least 50 times over the years. We won't want to go back. Especially when we were together for the first time in a year. And we chose this restaurant. Soooo disappointed for the cost of the meal.

The kona coffee crusted steak was super tasty. The wine list is a bit on the expensive side but the food was excellent and service was on point.

Excellent experience! Customer service was top-rate and the food was phenomenal! I am often disappointed at steak houses...overpriced and underwhelming. Not here, I cannot wait to go back and eat all the great food, especially the tenderloin abs lobster...to die for!!! Thank you ☺️

Nice expensive steak house. Wood and leather with brass trim kind of place, which I really appreciate. Dinner was $300 for the 3 of us and 50 of that was wine.

The quality of the steaks has changed drastically since we were there pre-pandemic. The server was not very friendly at all. However. We were grateful for the experience and being able to dine there again.

Me and my boyfriend went for our anniversary and when we ordered 1 entree and 1 appetizer because we were not to hungry she made a big deal about not ordering more food overall food amazing the only disappointment was that experience with the waitress

We celebrated our anniversary and got the red carpet treatment. The food and service was wonderful and they put roses on the table. It was such a special evening!

The service was perfect and we felt well taken care of.

By far the best restaurant in Denver and their steaks are cooked to perfection.
I recommend the rib eye with the roasted sprouts.

And my wine choice would be “ 8 years in the dessert” , an amazing red. If not try Prisoner.

The management team are exceptional especially Justin who is top of his game.

You can never go wrong with Capital Grille! The $22 plate for a business lunch is more than perfect!

Food was way undercooked. Soup was just warm. Service was good tho. Honestly just didn’t want to complain. Wife ordered a fillet medium. It was rare at best. Sons fillet was ordered medium, it was rare also. Ribeye was seared on both sides. Ordered medium rare. It was rare. Cold in the middle. I cook a lot of steaks at home. Medium rare is 125f internal temp. This wasn’t even 80f.

To sum it up I’m disappointed.

Great place, super awesome staff!

We had not gone to a restaurant this past year due to Covid, and interestingly, Capital Grill was the last restaurant we went to in February of 2020. The service was phenomenal, as was the food. The lobster mac and cheese is a great side dish to pair with the filet mignons.

Can't wait to come more often, once Covid is behind us.
