I have eaten here several times with my wife. This time it was just okay. I ordered a dry aged NY strip but the steak was an odd shape. It was cooked to medium as I wanted but the steak was not tender at all. My wife got a filet that was really dry. The salad, lobster bisque and side were good. The cheesecake was solid. The steaks were just not good for the $300 we spent. I was disappointed as we have had good food in the past. The clientele was bizarre too. We had a overly loud grandpa talking to every table, a couple on their phones and laptops. Just strange for a high-end restaurant. I don’t think I’ll go back.

We’ve never had a bad experience at this location. A location opened in Skokie and we tried it twice, but it just doesn’t have the professionalism that you get at the Rosemont location. Giovanni was our server last night and he’s the best! We actually requested to have him be our server because he gives the absolute best experience and has his job down to perfection. The food is top quality and worth every dollar! This is our go-to restaurant when we want to splurge and have a nice dinner out.

Can’t remember our servers name but she was so knowledgeable and delightful. I frequent the capital Grille downtown Chicago but I think this is new favorite location now. We had a great time and really enjoyed our food

Rather convenient location near multiple hotels by O’Hare Airport. Food iwas excellent but expensive. Service was impeccable and the waitress was very attentive (which is rare in the understaffed post-COVID restaurant scene).

The server was amazing, polite and attentive. I ordered the salmon w/ truffle fries and Brussels sprouts. My husband had a steak. The salmon and steak were cooked so nicely. The sides left a little something more to be desired. I would’ve liked to try the dessert but perhaps because we were a late dinner, it wasn’t offered. The staff was cleaning and we wanted to be considerate so we left without pursuing dessert. The cleaning process was phenomenal. They do it well. Cleanliness was not an issue here. We’ll done! Ambiance was ok. Lighting was phenomenal though it had a boy’s club vibe with the animal decor. Cool, if you like that sort of thing. Thank you for serving us on our anniversary.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant with outstanding food and service. We always book Capital Grille for special events such as birthday or anniversary celebrations. The Rosemont location never disappoints. Appetizers are always delicious and plentiful. Salad selections are very good. And the Steak…The best steak ever is the Kona Crusted New Strip. Save some room for the desserts.
