A+ service. Food was fantastic. Joey treated our group great.
Pleasant, fresh fish & steak entree for lunch. Wasn’t rushed which was great for our business lunch.

Soup was not Hot and I had to ask to reheat Entree was just average. I have been to many Capital Grille Restaurants in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and they are always top notch. This Capital Grille needs to improve. I would not recommend it. We had a business lunch and it was overall disappointing.
Great food and service. The filet mignon slices were tender and flavorful. The sea bass was excellent. The cheesecake was equally delicious. Would definitely visit any of their locations.
Brian make our experience extra special with his attention to details and personal touch.
Table tipped over by stepping on bottom pedestal, spilling wine and everything into us. Will never return, too expensive for a cheap table to ruin our clothes and special occasion.
Aaron is hands down the best server I have encountered in any dining experience! The food and beverages were delicious as expected... but Aaron made our night! Promote him to lead all service staff training across the brand! He would not let you down!

Very expensive for below average food. Not the usual experience at Capital Grille so we’re chalking it up to an off night. They served me a shrimp & crab burger that had a strong fishy taste and had obviously turned past its prime. The garlic shrimp appetizer was overcooked to a hard chewy texture and was flavorless. My husband’s burger was also overcooked to medium well (he ordered medium temp). Our sever was not particularly service oriented as we seemed to be an inconvenience for her. Fortunately, The manager was superbly professional and kind, and we appreciated that she did all she could to correct the situation.
Delicious food & very nice presentation. Our waitress was a little pushy. Constantly interrupted us mid-conversation & always gave the impression she was a little put out if we weren’t quite decided. Our first time eating here with a long & interesting menu it takes time to make a decision. Very elegant restaurant (Rosemont) with beautiful decor. The food was amazing would definitely eat here again even though very pricy.
Our table was perfect and private! Our server was outstanding and the food was exceptional! Best filet I ever had! We will be going back for sure!

The service and the food were excellent, but check your credit card charges. They billed my credit card twice and I am still trying to get it resolved.

Lobster bisque soup is the best. Double chocolate cake was a gift from the restaurant for our anniversary. Will definitely come back soon!
Celebrated our anniversary here and it was great. David was our waiter and he was very good although always seemed to be in a rush. Our drinks were good and cold. We started with the crab cocktail which was huge and must have had at least a half pound of lump crab in it. The sauce was a bit bland and could have used more flavor but it was nicely spicy. We then shared the surf & turf which was two small tenderloin filets and two small lobster tails. We also tried the soy brussels sprouts with bacon. The filets were done perfectly (med rare) and delicious/tender. The lobster tails could have been done more - a bit mushy in spots. Weird thing is they didn't serve us any drawn butter so we had to ask. By the time they brought it our lobster was cold. This wouldn't have been a problem if, as the waiter said, the drawn butter was hot but it wasn't warm at all and was barely room temperature. Oh well, we were hungry and chowed down anyway. The brussels sprouts were well-charred with good bacon lardons but my first bite was very disappointing due to being overly sweet. WAY TOO MUCH sugar on them. I don't recall the menu saying they would be sweet and I felt like we were eating a dessert. Kinda ruined them. Our waiter brought a large plate out with "Happy Anniversary" written on it in chocolate sauce, which was very nice. We had the apple crustaca (sp?) with one small scoop of ice cream. Again, although menu said it would be warm they forgot to warm it up. Room temperature and crust was kind of bland. Tasted more like great apples folded in crescent dough than pie crust. Ice cream scoop was too small for size of pie. We will be back and can recommend trying this place again for other great-sounding food. Thank you CG - Rosemont for making our celebration special.

Worst New York strip. Burnt and very dry for a medium rare. Porterhouses was pretty good.

I love Capital Grill as it always served my steak perfectly cooked. Unfortunately last night was not the case. Overdone and tough for 2 of us and under done for one other. Way disappointing to pay that kind of money.

Service was amazing. The food was out of this world. My wife had the beet salad and I had the wagyu strip. Maybe in the future a wagyu ribeye could be on the menu? That's a hope, but doesn't take away from the exquisite experience my wife and I had with Brian, our server.
We have visited before but lately the entire experience seemed less than it has been in the past. Maybe I expect a certain level from this restaurant and staff. I went in expecting one thing and left less than satisfied. Overall it was an ok experience. I gave 3 stars because I think they can improve and it's not a bad destination but there are options. There are better places out there and the field has become very crowded with "steak" places. That being said I believe this place can rise to the occasion again and be ahead of the field but time will tell.
The noise level made it very difficult to have any conversation with my wife at the same table.

Absolutely cannot compare to downtown Chicago location! The service was terrible, lobster bisque was the worst I've ever tasted! Rack of Lamb was very good though.
