Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This was a wonderful meal and experience ! The team surprised us with a decorated table for our anniversary and made feel very special. David was extra nice and thoughtful.

    The capital gorilla is always a great late night dinner spot. Very fresh seafood and steaks. Love the sides, especially the miso, brussels sprouts and Parmesan french fries. I had local oysters that were so sweet and tuna raw and it was the most delicious tuna ive had all season. My wife had fillet which is always a great choice. Highly recommend for casual happy hour or late night dinners. Never disappointed. We love the Capital Grille. fillet

    We love the Capital Grille as a "go to" for an indulgent night out. The food is consistently good, and the service usually is too. While the restaurant didn't seem busy on this Sunday night, there was a large private party and the service was very slow. It was not ideal for a school night dinner out. We waited for over 20 minutes after the appetizers before the main course. Unfortunately, this included the kids' food, and one of my girls fell asleep in that time!

    The place is phenomenal, full of art and statues you feel like you are in a gallery. The food is great and the service is excellent. Is worth the price. Will definitely come here again.

    What a great experience. From the hostesses to the waitress to the person who brought the food. It was as though we were the first to have a special occasion and meant to feel so special. Oh and the food was awesome!

    As usual , everything was excellent!!! You are welcomed graciously by the host, the service was great and the Wagyu and Wine was delicious. Capital Grille always delivers a five star experience!!!

    All three of us had the Chef’s special sliced filet. It was excellent!!! Our server, Stephanie was attentive and knowledgeable. We dined on the second floor and the atmosphere was perfect. We could actually carry on a conversation!!
