Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a fantastic dining experience thanks to Daniel, our server. The service was exceptional, and Daniel made my wife's birthday special. We love visiting Capital Grille, and Daniel elevated our dinner celebration. He brought out champagne at both the beginning and end of the meal, along with dessert. Daniel, thank you for making my wife's birthday dinner outstanding. You are a fantastic person and an incredible server. Capital Grille is fortunate to have you.

    We had a wonderful experience. We were celebrating our anniversary. Our server Gavyn was extremely attentive and thoughtful. The ambiance, service and food were all outstanding.
