   Perfect atmosphere. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel at home. This location to my wife and I is top on the list. Patrick our waiter on this visit was by far the best we have ever had.

   Steak was flavorful and good but my ribeye had a lot of gristle that was not chewable while my son’s did not and we both had the same steak. Didn’t realize the hash browns would be kind of cheesy and not just potatoes. Son liked them a lot. I did not. Mashed potatoes were good. Husband’s veal chop was very good. Booth was nice. Service was good. Prefer other steakhouses for the steak and for the sides.

   Our 7th Christmas Eve dinner in a row at the Capital Grill & a wonderful experience once again.We had our most favorite service ever which is what made our experience top notch.4 star on the food because my wedge salad had very little blue cheese chunks/dressing and the tomatoes were not ripe at all.Filet Mignon for all 4 of us, with sautéed mushrooms, lemon grilled asparagus,& onion strings all cooked to perfection as usual.Coconut cream dessert to go, ended up having a hair in it unfortunately.All and all, a nice tradition & special day for my family.

   Five of us got together for dinner here. All of us had been here many time through the years. This time is was a subpar experience. The server was rushed and unfriendly. She was actually bussing her own table. The service was similar to what you might expect at Longhorn's, not the Capital Grille. Plates were picked up as each diner finished (or appeared finished). Why couldn't they all be picked up when we were ALL finished? During the dessert course, she picked up the plate and the diner still had two bites of cake left on her plate!! She packed it up and gave it to us in a box!!! We were only there 90 minutes, it's not like we were hogging a table. The food was good, but the experience sucked. Perhaps they are unable to staff appropriately since opening the restaurant in Dedham. All in all it was a disappointing evening. If a restaurant charges top notch prices, it's not unreasonable for the patrons to expect top notch service.
