We enjoyed the wagu burger and wine special in the lounge. Wow!! My friend and I both chose the wagu beef burger with caramelized onions and 3 cheeses and The Caymus Cabernet The burger was outstanding and we were given a generous pour of the delicious wine . The service and welcome were so professional and friendly. Love this restaurant.
First of all, we were seated near the cooking prep area. Between the general noise from the kitchen and the music, I had to literally shout to my two other guests to be heard. My wife's filet mignon did not have any seasoning. The soup and the drinks were good.
Food was outstanding. Service was very good. Much better than most steak houses I've been too.
Claron the bartender was spot on with our cocktails even though is was swamped with dinner guest orders coming from the dining room.
Prices were a bit below the average for a high end steak house.
The was service was excellent & the staff were very friendly & accomadating. I’ve eaten over my business career many times @ various Capital Grille locations & they’ve always impressed me by the level of excellence they are consistently able to provide. Our experience at the Cherry Hill location did not disappoint. We will be back.
The food was fantastic! All of it! And the service was spot on. What was not good was that I had made a reservation days in advance for 6 and we waited almost 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The gentlemen assigned to our table did a great job considering he was swamped and definitely rushed. In addition it was extremely loud in there. It was uncomfortably loud in there where we needed to shout to hear each other. I get doing that at a bar but not when trying to have a nice meal with my family.
Always love Capital Grille. The food was great and service is always top notch. Our reservation was for 8:30. I had requested a side room (for a more quiet and intimate setting) but I think they forgot about us because we weren’t seated until close to 9:30. We weren’t too upset because we were at the bar enjoying cocktails but we had to seek the hostess out to find out why it was taking so long. We still had a good night but hopefully next time we will be seated closer to our reservation time.
Our Capital Grill Gold Standard remains CG King of Prussia, consistently excellent in all respects. Service at Cherry Hill, surprisingly, was off the norm at this lunch visit. Water glasses unfilled; request for iced tea refill unheard or forgotten. Having dined at CG Cherry Hill previously and with high regard for those service experiences, we regard this last as an aberration . Food, however, was excellent.
I have been a customer for years. However the last two visits have been very disappointing. Both visits left me and my group waiting in the small lobby well after our reservation time. On my previous visit, the wait staff were literally running back and forth to the kitchen, and one spilled a plate of food down my mothers back as the waitress ran into my mothers chair and dropped what she was carrying. On this recent visit, wait staff were moving tables - lifting them over the heads off the customers. While we were dining. Filthy dust and dirt falling on us. The noise level is so high we are screaming across the table. The food is excellent, everything else is poor. We will not be back.
The food was excellent although over priced in my opinion.
I was very disappointed when the waiter gave us the hand towels after dinner and they had a musty smell. Also, after the meal, when my husband put his napkin on the table, I noticed that it was stained. It looked like ladies foundation all over the white napkin. More attention needs to be paid to the linens.
Great for a steak or whatever is on the menu. My wife and I had a great time and a great experience. Our steaks were perfectly done. Our server, Calvin, made us feel right at home, and made great recs for drinks and food. Completely worth it - we will be back!
Wow, on point as usual... Had a great lunch with our friends, we all had the Wagyu and wine and it was so good and so well worth the price. Our server Bill DeVries was great, very attentive to us and our needs. Thank you all for another excellent experience.
