All our guests commented on the deliciousness of the food. It took a while for the food to come out to the table, but was the perfect temp and flavor when it arrived. Busser made it difficult to have conversation when clearing the table, probably because he could only clear from one side. Still, annoying, affected the positive experience.

We have dined at CG in WasDC a couple of times, always enjoying the experience. This time, we were in town for the Boston Marathon, and celebrated my wife's 50´s birthday at CG in Boston. The staff had prepared several small surprises for my wife, making the dinner experience even more memorable. And of course: the menu, winelist, service, food and everything was great (as expected :-))

Was a fabulous meal and our server, Robert, was the perfect blend of attentiveness whilst not hovering.

Our family enjoyed a Birthday celebration at a private table for 8. Food was fabulous, servers were attentive and thoughtful from the decorative table to the desert with candles. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxed evening. We'll be back!!

Incredible food - all the basics done to perfection! Service was not quite as good as in previous visits - Noel missed that we were having sparkling water and mixed ice water, then after mentioning that it was a slow night, proceeded to not be sufficiently attentive. But, the most disturbing was that for the second time in a row, we had a problem with a gift card (this was in Boston, last time was a month ago in Fort Lauderdale). It was embarrassing, and the restaurant's response was less than customer sensitive. The manager did subsequently follow up with a phone call which I appreciated, but as of this writing, the issue is unresolved.

Anniversary— the wait staff was phenomenal and attentive to every detail!

Capital Grille is a super consistent place to get a classic steak meal. In Boston however, our service was outstanding. Melissa was our server and she bent over backwards to make sure that we were well taken care of. She was knowledgeable, attentive and full of personality that we were able to enjoy. Food is always great, drinks are well poured but sometimes the server can make or break an experience and Melissa definitely enhanced our dinner event. A+

Our server Molly was one of the best servers we have had.

We enjoyed Easter Brunch and the restaurant was busy yet you never felt as if you weren't attended to or rushed. We had the pleasure of being in Vanessa S section and her attention to detail and knowing when we needed her was amazing. She seemed to offer us plenty of time to chat and catch up while also always magically appearing just when we needed her.

I enjoyed a Peach Bellini along with the Potatoe Cheese soup which was creamy with the perfect amount of cheese added. Their bread basket had a great variety of choices. The main entree I selected was a steak with a fried egg. It was cooked to perfection and the potatoes which accompanied the steak had a nice touch of peppers to add some additional flavor. This was finalized with the flourless espresso cake which was fantastic. I have been to Capital Grill and never been disappointed. I would highly recommend this restaurant and hope you lucky enough to be seated in Vanessa's section.

The most impressive service had ever. The restaurant prepared roses, a greeting card and special dessert plate for our anniversary. Steaks were also fantastic and great value during restaurant week. A wonderful experience!

We went as part of Dine Out Boston week. Knowing that we would be going out to dinner for a prix fix meal, I wanted the best I could get and The Capital Grille delivered. We had delicious steak, perfect mashed potatoes, and original French beans. We split both deserts because we couldn't decide between them! Capital Grille may not be in my standard price range, but it was a phenomenal choice for Dine Out week!
