Dom was fantastic! They had a birthday card on my table and confetti when we got there. The food was so incredibly delicious! They surprised me with a dessert. I felt so loved and cared for!!

Food was very good. My son’s steak was very undercooked (it wasn’t close to medium that he ordered) and needed to be sent back. There is no valet parking and parking is hard to find especially in the rain. I appreciate that they signed a card and gave us a small dessert for my birthday.
We’ve dined here many times and it is my favorite restaurant. Prices seemed quite a bit higher than I remember pre-covid.

Nick Austin was an especially attentive staff member, pleasant and personable, kind and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was spot on, perfect. The tuna entree and rib eye steak were some of the best we’ve had, and we dine out for business meals many days a week across the country. Magnificent!

Dining at the Capital Grille in Boston is always an evening to celebrate. Excellent food, atmosphere, superb service helps to complete the night. The Kona rub is always a favorite but runs neck and neck with everything on the menu from apps to dessert.❤️

We used to eat at this restaurant when it was on Newbury. This restaurant is not the same, neither by the quality of food nor by the service. The stakes are very mediocre. Would not go back again

We were seated promptly upon arrival at our reservation time. Wait staff were very attentive. The food was very good and we appreciated the recognition of our anniversary.

Everything was awesome! The porcini rubbed ribeye might be one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. So good! Our server Abby was excellent! Top level food and service. I highly recommend!

First trip back to Boston for a Red Sox game since the COVID-19 lockdowns and the Capital Grill was a great place the celebrate.

We had a wonderful time and the food was delicious but the Dine out menu in restaurant was a little different than the one online. Definitely would recommend this restaurant.

We went on a double date for restaurant week. We decided to try a steak house in the city. I am so glad we did! The food was great but our service was TOP NOTCH. Our waiter Malik did an awesome job taking care of us! We look forward to going there again soon.

The seats were great! The waiter Dominic was nice. He was personable and attentive. The Kona bone in steak was amazing but the sides left much to be desired. The drinks were pretty good as well.

Capital Grille never disappoints in quality of food or great service. I'm always recommending them for everything.

Went during restaurant week, however I have dined at this location before. Amazing service truly. I understand how it must be so hard for servers to keep the same service standards during such a discounted period. However, the service remained how it usually is, nothing but the best! I took my two friends who have never dined there before and their experience was great!

My friend and I were 5 minutes early for our Reservation, but were testily informed that the restaurant opens at 4:00. We asked for a private booth but weren’t given that. Our waiter was nice and attentive. The food was fine. The atmosphere was modern. The music was a little too energetic and not relaxing. It grated on my friend and my my nerve! I mostly remember how I felt in the restaurant and was not relaxing.

2021 BOS Restaurant Week: 3rd Stop

We choose here to celebrate birthday. Unfortunately their service ruined entire reputation. The host is very unprofessional, the waiter is rude and disgusting. The food is delicious. We might still go to the capital grille but definitely not this location.
