Birthday ! Amazing ! Do it!
My husband and I went to Capital Grille for our anniversary and had a great time! The staff went above and beyond to recognize the occasion for us -- they even took a photo and framed it for us. Delicious food, some of the best steak I've ever had.
We've and still love their professionalism among their staff members and you will too. Food doesn't disappoint and solidly repeatedly good. A great place for special events or entertaining clients, for the consistency alone!
Our waiter Carlos misinformed us of the menu, and we did not get more bread when we requested. When the entrees came, he didn’t offers us fresh ground peppers and he was no where to be found. We have been to the Capital Grille in Baltimore numerous time, it was one of our favorites. We even brought our staff here for our annual Christmas party 2017. This was our first time we were not satisfied w the service.
Awesome setting ! Great for a date night! Food was prepared in a timely fashion , portion size was great the sides are large enou To feed two ppl! Great restaurant, would go again!
The food and drinks were outstanding. Had the filet. It was cooked perfectly. Our server, Jackie, was fantastic! She had incredible knowledge of the offerings and was so attentive and friendly.
Terrific waiter. Great table. Delicious food. Only issue: ordered filet medium, it came out closer to rare. I mentioned it, the waiter agreed without a question & took it back to the kitchen. They came back minutes later with the EXACT piece of meat again (with the pieces cut off I had already cut) and said check again. It had obviously just been heated up again slightly as was marginally closer to medium. Regardless, seems like a potential health code issue placing already cut meat back on the grill.
I took my daughter out to dinner at the Capital Grille in Baltimore for restaurant week. I had never been there. Everything from the hostess at the front door, to the server Katie, to the manager stopping by our table to see how everything was, was outstanding. The only thing we didn't love were the grilled shrimp that were on offer on top of the Filet Mignon for an extra $10.00. They were described as jumbo, they were not, and they were undercooked, rubbery and tasteless. When we told our waitress, she didn't even blink, she just said they would be taken off of the bill. We got an order of truffle fries, something I have never tasted, they were unbelievable. I would go back just for those! I also had the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, some bacon chunks (small) with some heirloom tomatoes. I don't like blue cheese, but this was sooooo good, I could have licked the plate. My daughter got the Cesar salad and she felt the same way I did. She also got the Filet Mignon, perfectly cooked medium rare, cut like butter, and I got the New York strip, also cooked perfectly. Overall it was a wonderful meal and I will definitely return!! I have already told many friends and family about our experience.

The Capital Grill is always impressive and staff is perfect. They valet park so use it. The all experience is what you pay the higher price for and it is well deserved.
