We made reservations the day before online. They were very accommodating when we called to say we would be a few minutes late. We loved the calamari with spicy peppers. My filet, which was ordered with the Oscar topping, was very good (plenty of fresh lump crabmeat). My wife thought the sea bass was excellent. The service and staff were really exceptional. We’ll certainly dine there again when in Baltimore.
Excellent quality. Service was terrific. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! The spinach, mushrooms and green beans were all cooked to perfection. Steak phenomenal, my wife had the scallops which were amazing!!
I went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The service was great! And the food delicious. They offered a summer wine tasting with dinner and the waiter was very knowledgeable about all of the wines.
You have to work hard at having a bad meal here. Everything was phenomenal. Steak is what they do amazingly well. I brought someone with me who was skeptical due to price. He is now a convert and will go back again! Thank you Carlos Ramirez for great wine suggestions and top itch service! !
Went to celebrate my 60 th birthday, this was a great experience all around. Food was great service very attentive old world library feel. A little pricey, but overall great experience.
The steaks and all the food were excellent. However, it was Capital Grille's "Generous Pour," where they feature 7 wines for $28. As one person in our party commented, "It was anything but generous." We've been many times, it's always been great fun (we're wine-people/snobs), and our glasses were always full (Generous, indeed). But this time, our glasses sat empty for 5-10 minutes at a time. We finally just shrugged toward the end, like - "sometimes stuff happens, what are you going to do."
We'll be back, I'm sure it was just an 'off-night.' Thanks -
I love the franchise but, I was very disappointed in the location. The management team was good but, the waitstaff needed improving. I found a staple in my salad, my steak was room temperature at best and over cooked for medium well, as well as my caramel sauce was ice cold. I understand it was restaurant week but, I felt like I was at Outback Steakhouse instead of Capital Grille. This not first time eating at a Capital Grille but, it will be my last time at the Baltimore location.
My date and I really enjoyed our date night the food, service and atmosphere were wonderful.

What a wonderful place to Chow Down. I've been a patron since opening, a locker holder and a life-long fan. The side dishes are now better than ever, very comforting so to speak and service is without fail.

Another wonderful evening at our favorite restaurant. As always, Paul Morales was our waiter and provides impeccable service. Both of us had the filets on the Restaurant Week menu. Both were done to perfection and the "Perfect Pour" wines were great accents to the meals.

The Capital Grille is a cut above all the other steakhouses. Mark Wiedorfer always delivers the best service. My husband thoroughly enjoyed “The Generous Pour.” Being given the opportunity to taste such fine wines along with his meal was exceptional. We all commented that our steaks were perfect in every way – taste – temperature – seasoning. Thank you so much for participating in Restaurant Week.
We have been coming to The Generous Pour event since it started 10 or 11 years ago. Sometimes 2 and 3 times with our Server Mr Mark Wiedorfer who is absolutely fabulous.
The food was delicious! The service was absolutely outstanding. My Stark was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend and return. Thank you for making my 40th birthday special.
Great selection of food. We went for a managers outing during restaurant week. The table was set for 10 when we arrived, staff attentative, and wrapped all of our leftovers perfectly. Manaher greated us and came over to ensure we were having a great experience.
Capital Grill goes all out for restaurant week. Many participating restaurants really skimp on the offerings, but CG makes even restaurant week lunch customers feel like they get the royal treatment. Such smart business! Menu selection was outstanding, food was CG’s usual top quality, service was first rate. I was already a Capital Grill fan, and this latest experience deepened ny loyalty and appreciation.
Always love CG. Tend to go more in Naples than Balto but never disappoints. It was Restaurant Week and I was stunned by huge portions. Expected a bit of a cutback but no way!

Went for Baltimore restaurant week...steak was coked to perfection. I love rare steak, this place leaves a purple center and beautiful crust on the exterior every time. Carlos Ramirez, our waiter, was very accommodating, polite, and punctual. His accent was awesome too! We ordered a blackberry Woodford Reserve cocktail... darn tasty! Would definitely recommend the blue crab on top of the steak... delicious!

The ambiance is enhanced by the white tablecloths. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was gregarious, helpful, and attentive. The staff accommodated the handicapped member of our party graciously. The valet parking staff were friendly, speedy and helpful. The best part was the fact that the kitchen staff removes the broiled lobster from the shell so diners do not have to deal with the mess. We look forward to a return visit to this reliably excellent establishment where one can always count on superbly prepared steaks, chops, lobster, salads, and vegetables. Our demanding 98-year old mother was delighted with the experience.
We went for Restaurant Week and it was delicious, but our server, Lane, totally elevated our experience! So kind and personable.
Outstanding service and meal! Our waiter was very attentive and took notice to our time constraint right away. We visited during restaurant week at lunch which was a deal of 3 courses for $20 and it was an amazing bargain. All three courses arrived to our table in approximately 40 minutes total and we were finished within an hour. Our waiter was even so generous in taking a picture of my boyfriend and myself and giving it to us in a frame!!! Wonderful experience overall we will definitely return!
Came for restaurant week but ordered much more. Steaks were outstanding, along with the crab Oscar. We were taken care of by Layne and service was very good. We always have a great time at the Capital Grille.
Our server Elyssa was awesome. She was super friendly and very helpful with wine selection and recommendations and even went to the trouble of bringing the iPad back several times so we could read the descriptions of the wine. She was attentive and the dinner choices were fabulous - the filet mignon out of this world! We had a lovely evening.
Wonderful dinner and service. A bit pricey even though it was restaurant week. My husband and I would probably go again for a special occasion.
We had a lovely dinner at the Capital Grille. The service was amazing (thanks Brian) and the food was incredible. The lobster bisque and the New York strip were delightful. I can’t wait to dine here again.
Always a great experience! Stoli doli martini was the best! We dined from the restaurant week menu which provided nice options! I had the 8 oz filet mignon and added a lobster tail, which looked more like a shrimp in size but was so tender, delish! My partner had the sliced filet with mushrooms and onions, it was excellent! We both chose the cream brûlée for desert! Our server, Lauren, was attentive and efficient! Overall, an excellent experience!
