Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We so enjoy the excellence and dining at this waterfront Baltimore restaurant. This time we were seated in the lounge and it was lively, even after the Orioles lost. We plan to go back to the Capital Grille whenever we are in Baltimore!

    This was our first time for this restaurant. We were very happy with everything. Our booth was very comfortable and decor was pleasing. Our waitress Ilana was excellent. We had the Chopped salad which was very good with the Walnut dressing. The Salmon was delicious with the special glaze. Our meal was topped off by the coconut pie. I would highly recommend Capital Grille. It is on the pricey side. Great for special occasions.

    The service was impeccable and the waiter went over and beyond to ensure that my dinning experience was great. The manager even came by the table to introduce himself and expressed that if we needed anything to let him know. I’ll definitely be back and will tell all my friends and family about the amazing experience I had at The Capital Grille-Baltimore.
