The Broiler Steak & Seafood - Boulder Station Hotel & Casino
Not overly fancy but food is very good and price is very reasonable for a steakhouse restaurant. Hostess Victoria was friendly and waiter Carlos was also very friendly. Got a free ice cream for my birthday but ice cream tasted old and powdery so didn't each much. Free soup and salad bar with any entree is well worth the price ($15 if just ordered soup and salad bar on its own). Been here 3 times and satisfied every time.
The Mother's Day Buffet was just fantastic!! My wife, in-laws and myself enjoyed the great variety and excellent food that was prepared. We will definitely return to the Broiler.
Great for brunch! Staff is awesome food and service excellent
Overall excellent food was excellent glad I sat in front did not need a second rate singer and I was there to enjoy a meal with wife and small talk not there to raise my voice or listen to others because of country music
Great food for a reasonable price. Had a guitarist playing that was excellent. Overall a great value.
Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t very good from last visits. Everyone seems off from our server and his assistants. There was some confusion who had ordered what entrees by our servers assistant and didn’t know who ordered what. We were constantly switching our steak dishes around the table trying to figure out which steaks were rare, medium rare or medium. Kind of figured they would know prior to serving. Also, Our sides were brought out extremely late well after all the entrees were served. No apologies just the statement of someone else took your sides. Don’t really believe, considering we ordered 5-6 sides and an exact other table received them.
The food was very good and the service was amazing. Definitely would go back
Seemed the waiters were overtaxed with too many table assignments. The young man who helped the waiters bring out food to table had an attitude. When asked if he could light my candle to keep my butter warm and to bring out steak sauce he said it was not his job and someone else would do it. I would have rather him say that he would make sure it is taken care of if he wasn’t allowed to do so. Food was not very hot as if it sat around too long. The quality of ribeyes that we were so used to ordering in the past to perfection seemed to be of poor quality this time. We used to routine come to this restaurant over the past 20 years and hadn’t been in a year and was quite disappointed. Kenny our waiter which had served us many times in the past was very professional and apologetic for the young mans comments. The current restaurant manager does not seem to be willing to pitch in when employees are overwhelmed with duties but instead did make sure our needs were brought to the waiters attention. Needless to say a restaurant we used to enjoy will most likely be the restaurant we return to in the future.
Our server was Kenny and he was wonderful and great. He made sure everything was perfect. The salad and soup bar is fantastic.
Thanks Kenny for five stars service.
Love the Broiler! Salad bar is outstanding! Will always be my “go to” steak house.
Our second time in this gem... ;)
Our Waiter, Stephen, 10...drinks 10, salad bar 12, food, 12 overall, a 15 out of 10!
They are not the flash n trash of the strip. This is a restuarant where you will enjoy every moment every bite. Their salad bar is superb!
When in LV we will always be back. Thanks again for the great evening!
The Broiler room at the Boulder station has to be the best value of Steak restaurants in Las Vegas. The food is excellent, especially for the value. Steak dinners include the salad bar which is probably one of the best salad bars in Las Vegas. Krystal is one of the best wit persons we have had to wait on us in any reason in las Vegas.
The food is always good. If you like salad bars they have the best.
Always go on Sat night for the outstanding cream of mushroom soup. The Broiler has been one of our favorite restaurants since it opened. Delicious food at reasonable prices. Always great service.
Yummy steaks and seafood menu at a fantastic price.
Jude continues to dazzle us with her service and personality. We have the same last name, but are not related; a fun topic for teasing and for laughs. We will return just for her service.
I think the huge prime rib could have been more tender. It was disappointing. The petite filet was elegant
The salad bar is a salad bar...what can be said. The steak was very good, cooked just perfect, very tasty.
Delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. Dined at the Broiler on Friday night with my husband and a friend. We all ordered different 3ntrees and everyone was more tgan satisfied. All the dinners came with soup and salad bar. I did not try the soup but the salad bar was fresh and well stocked! Our waiter and his helper were excellent waiting to start our 3ntrees until our salad course was done. There was a great guitar player/singer entertaining dutpring dinner. We truly enjoyed our delicious relaxing dinner!
Jude was an attentive server with helpful suggestions and a great sense of humor.
Best in Vegas for Seafood, Steaks and Services. Just none better!
Exellant! We eat there frequently. Server Jude is amazing!
Great, as usual.
Food,entertainment, and service always great.
Very good service and food at a reasonable price. Casual attire.
Our dinner was very good as always. How ever, I hate it when things disappear from the salad bar i.e., marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Also not there was any grated cheese.
I had the prime rib which was a little more fatty than I would have liked. I love the soup and salad bar.
They have a nice variety on the salad bar and their soups are always good. Bread is also tasty, the pretzel
bread is a nice change of pace.
Excellent service and meal. Variety on the menu, plus specials. Good for a date night or celebration.
When it came time to pay, the computer system was down and they couldn't handle credit cards!?!? We had a bill of about $400 and had to pay cash. Luckily we got it together, but they should be equipped to handle these kinds of situations better than demanding cash.
Date night with the bride. The escargot, was the starter, the melted butter and the toasted bread, could have made a meal from that. The lamb chops, butterflied, cooked medium, delicious. The live music, a nice new touch. The manager is still making the rounds, checking to be sure the guests are enjoying everything. Our waiter Kenny, is very attentive. Making wine & meal suggestions. For the price, the quality, and ambiance, you don't need to be on the strip.
Tonight was our first visit to this restaurant and we loved it! The food was great and so reasonably priced! Can’t wait to go back!!
Carlos is an excellent server!!! The steak was very good. My chicken left much to be desired. Very rubbery to chew. Salad bar very good as always too.
The service was excellent, the food was delicious, great price.. will be back
Wasn’t the best service. Food was good.
The service as always is outstanding and the food was excellant.
Great food, great service! We frequent this place every time we are in Vegas!
We go to The Broiler once or twice a year and always wonder why we don't go more often! We love the salad bar and shrimp cocktails. The food is always great and the service is exceptional. It's nice that a lot of the servers have been there a long time.
What a fabulous dinner we had! Everything was absolutely delicious. The salad bar was great, wine yummy and the filet melted in my mouth. Frank, the Manager, made us feel very special and our waiter, Carlos, was exceptional. Many thanks to the broiler for a fantastic evening!
The food is always great. Service is friendly and attentive.
First time customer.Met our exspectations.Menu has a nice variety of items.Service very good.Food was very good.
Music and service was good. It was a bit of a wait for our food and the fish was really overcooked. Overall it was an ok experience
