We had a great time. Thank you all so much and we’ll see you again soon
Our server Kenny was amazing. He took great care of us. The food was amazing and everyone loved what they got. It was a great Mother’s Day.
Outstanding service and food as in past visits....
We had Jude as our server and she was wonderful!! Her and Ramiro were extremely attentive to our needs and we had to wait for nothing! Be careful if you order an add on salad as they are HUGE and will fill you up before you get you meal!
Great food and service! They went the extra mile for our anniversary! Carlos our waiter was excellent!
The rack of lamb special last Saturday night was out of this world!
Will we be back??? Yes indeed!
Thanks so much!
Great spot in Casino that has awesome service and great food and drinks. Very attentive and clean.
Great service and food.
I have eaten there for many years.
Great food and great experience
No. Just No. never again. Food was terrible and totally overpriced for two people sharing a dish.
The staff and management there are always very friendly when there is a steak made the jump right on it to fix it I consistently go back and eat there because of their excellent customer service
The steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. The sides are large enough to share. The creamed corn is always one of our favorites.
Alec is a tremendous asset, engaging, pleasant and he really sells your culinary program. The food had some hits and misses with quality...prime strip was really fatty and the mashed with garlic were ok at best. Loved the chopped salad and king crab legs
The food was amazing and the service even better. Everyone was friendly, prompt and attentive without being overbearing. I was a little apprehensive when I walked into the casino which looks a bit outdated but was pleasantly surprised by the service and food here.
It was great and the staff are friendly and attentive.
The service was excellent. The menu choices are broad. Many appetizers are unique. Every thing we choose to try was outstanding.
My husband loved his prime rib. My filet was much too fatty. Unusual for a filet. The creamed corn was very watery. Just an OK meal.
Made a reservation on Easter Sunday for the much advertised Easter Special of Braised Lamb Shank. When it arrived at my table it morphed into broiled Rack of Lamb. When I questioned my server he suggested I speak with the Chef. I said "NO!" Please send the manager to my table. The manager knew in advance what my compaint was and when he showed up at my table he explained that the restaurant supplier didn't deliver the Lamb Shank. I told him that was no excuse as to why I wasn't informed when I ordered so I could decide for myself if I wanted something else. His next, even pooer excuse, was that the server didn't know that the lamb shank wasn't available because he had just arrived at work. I replied that since the restaurant only opened 30 minutes ago for service on that day ALL his staff had just arrived. He offered me a free desert for ruining my much anticipated Easter dinner of Braised Lamb Shank. Expect a poorly managed very premium priced restaurant with a choice of many sorry excuses and a nice atmosphere.
Great New York strip with excellent service provided by Carlos and the entire support team!
We decided to try someplace new and the Broiler came up in our search so we made reservations. The hostess (Vicky) was a great start to our first meal here. So nice and super attentive. Our service was a bit lacking, but the food itself made up the difference. I ordered the surf and turf and was honestly surprised at how amazing it all was. The steak was seasoned perfectly and even cooked exactly how I’d requested. Lobster can be tricky and it too was perfect. We will definitely be back very soon.
This was our third time eating at this restaurant and one certainty is that they are consistent with their service and quality of food. We've enjoyed it each time we've dined here and definitely recommend this establishment to all our friends & family. The quality and flavor for the price definitely compares to high end steakhouses on the Las Vegas Strip without the escalated costs.
Only a little hungry so I didn’t intend on a large meal. I ordered the drink special: Classic Dirty Martini. Was exactly that-classic! Perfect in every way. Large martini glass, very chilled. Ordered a Shrimp Louie salad, knowing that my standards are high due to being from Louisiana. Exceeded my expectations with large shrimp and the perfect amount of dressing, slightly spicy! Also ordered the appetizer-Prime Rib Sliders. Expecting to receive your standard size small (Hawaiian bread size) rolls. Wow! Two large toasted rolls with very thick layered prime rib, seasoned very well, also with au jus and horseradish sauce. So much food I could have easily shared!! But so yummy I wanted it all to myself
Service was also impeccable with two amazing servers per table. (Sorry gentlemen but I forgot your names🥲) Even a visit to my table from one of the managers, Alec(?). I’m terrible with names. He also was attentive and an asset to this restaurant!
All of this would be expected at a stand -alone fine dining restaurant. It was an unexpected surprise at this more mature casino. I can’t wait to return and have an actual steak!
This was my second visit to this restaurant. The food wasn’t as good as the first visit. The creamed spinach was a lil on the watery side. And there was no cheese in it like the first time around. The rib eye steak we had was cooked the way we like it but still lacked the juiciness and perfect seasoning like the first go around. The bacon wrapped shrimp was good but a bit over cooked. With that said. I would visit again
Was very surprised that with all the empty booths and tables they were sitting people in booths right next to each other instead of skipping a booth which with all the empty seating they could have done. I believe there is still a 6ft rule and they certainly were not complying with that.
Absolutely amazing. I am so happy we went off of the strip and gave this place a shot. The food was phenomenal... everything from the salad... to the sides... to the steaks.. and to the desserts. The price was great!!!!!! I would 110% recommend it!!!!
What a treat. Everything is fresh.
Staff and food are top notch!
We were sat at 9:30 pm, waiter immediately stated we had to hurry and order because they had closed. Asked why they sat us down if they were closed? Then he back-peddled and said he’d take care of us anyway. 1st red flag. The filet mignon and the table bread was solid, but the pasta for the shrimp scampi was over cooked and mushy and sauce was meh. I could tell the pasta was pre-cooked and they simply added to heated pan with some butter and rushed it out to us...maybe it’s because they needed to get us out quickly? Who knows. In any event, I could tell there was no care or passion for their craft. The vibe of the restaurant was quite sad too. No ambiance music or vibe, a bunch of cheap electric candles at the tables, no illumination for their artwork, a long looking buffet/catering table in the entrance with some old wine bottles a plastic fruits. I immediately thought, “did we miss the catering event?” A real shame because the place has potential but lacks good management.
Our server Jude is the best! She is pleasant, informative and service is A ++++++
We were a little skeptical as it's in an older hotel/casino off the strip.
However, we were pleasantly surprised with the food, drinks and service.
Will definitely be back.
I can tell they’re getting into a new groove in this pre-COVID situation. The food was great, the staff was very friendly. There were some minor snafus with the place settings not being available and we had to request flatware twice. We will certainly return as we enjoy this restaurant.
My husband and I have been going there for the past 10 years and we’ve never had a bad experience!
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The food and service were both outstanding. Will definitely be back and suggest The Broiler to everyone who is looking for a great meal and pampering service.
Great meal. We will be back soon. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help
Very " old school " room. Excellent food. coping well w/current logistics of covid 19
Steaks were outstanding as usual so was the service appetizers and side were good also!!!
Excellent Food and Service. Atmosphere was Perfect for a Date Night.
Have eaten at the Broiler many times in the past and never been disappointed with the food, prices or ambiance. This was my first trip back since COVID and we had a great experience as always. The only thing we missed was the soup and salad bar which is understandably shut down because of COVID protocol. Do hope it is resumed when it's safe to do so.
The most important aspect of dinning out is the food. The second most important is the servers. Everyone who worked our table were excellent.
First time at the Broiler with another couple and we all enjoyed the food, ambiance and great service! The menu was extensive and everthing was excellent.
One of the best steaks we have ever had, and we’ve had a lot of steaks! It is worth giving this review!
