   Still waiting for one of our favorite restaurants to review their new menu options and return some of our favorites. Their new menu leaves little to be desired. Not many options. As usual, our favorite server, Kenny, was on top of his game, despite no guests in the whole place to serve. Get a clue, Broiler. You're losing customers with this new menu.

   Food was good but menu is sorely lacking. Prime rib available only on Thursday?! What the hell is that? I don’t know if COVID affected the restaurant or they just got cheap. It used to be the best place for fine dining but not anymore. Restaurant was very noisy. Wasn’t that way before. The food was good as I said but there are better places to eat with a better menu.    Service was great, unfortunately the menu has changed. Went there for lobster tails, they are not on the menu anymore. In addition the quality of the food has definitely gone done.

   We were sad to see the beautiful salad bar was no longer available along with the seafood options. Especially the king crab legs. My husband and I have been going there several years for our anniversary and decided to go again this year. Nothing was the same. Some of the Food was over cooked and our favorites were no longer available.

   There have been too many changes to the menu over the past few months and it’s getting worse. All oysters have been removed from the menu and steak sizes have been reduced as well. Before making changes ask your staff for suggestions I’m sure they can elaborate on what all of us that frequent this once great steakhouse say and feel.

   The Broiler is the sleeper fine dining spot in Vegas! Incredible dining at prices you’d expect from 5 years ago. Server Kenny made me feel like family, and expertly made my Caesar salad table side: a home-run! The New York Strip steak is my favorite steak on the menu; it is tender and flavorful but with that wonderful NY steak chew/consistency. Among the best ever for me. I paired it with a piping hot baked potato and a glass of Justin cab. Every member of the team here was gracious and delightful. Doesn’t get any better than this!

   From the greeter who seated us to the waiters we felt welcomed and appreciated. The food was outstanding, the Mac and Cheese was gooey goodness. The prime rib was cooked to order and did not disappoint. Great ambience and certainly a place to visit again.

    We started with spring mix salad excellent and large portion mu wife and I split it followed with filet miginon med rare paired wit sauteed spinach. Wife had shrimp with pasta the sauce can overpower the taste of the shrimp paired with yam excelelnt.

    Again, another outstanding dining experience in the Broiler at Boulder Station. KIKA the server and Claudia the busser performed perfectly. Dining choices were explained and our meals were done to perfection. Holly visited our table many times and confirmed that our meals, service, and needs were being met. Kudos to her for being concerned about the guests in her restaurant.

    Love this place !! Terri makes everything amazing with perfect seating. The drinks are so good, try the sin city or the bombshell. Love the food the shrimp is presented table side and so is the Caesar salad as well as some desserts. We love all the wait staff and how they work as a team.     Again, KIKA the server and Ramiro the busser did excellent jobs. Our dining experience was FANTASTIC as usual. Holly was the perfect manager. She verified our needs were being met and we were pleased with the service. The Tableside Caesar Salad was prepared by KIKA and the flavor was incredible. Our filets were done to perfection as was the pork chops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND dining at the Broiler Restaurant inside Boulder Station.

    Honestly looking on the outside of this casino it won’t seem like something like this could be there but GOOOO it’s so good ! The ribeye is SOOOOO DELICIOUS 10/10 recommend the price is amazing for the food you get ! They give these croissant breads and they are so delicious I forgot I put it was my birthday on the reservation and my server brought me icecream with a chocolate happy birthday and a candle yes it it off the strip and I did pay $20 to get from my hotel to this place but itsss sooo good do regret choosing this as my birthday dinner while visiting Las Vegas! Will definitely go back when I am back in town !

    Very nice place and good food and service. The filet my husband had was on the small size though, but had a very good flavor. He had a side with it, appetizer and some bread, so he was full. At first when we got there, it seemed like we were rushed and we are slow diners at these nice places. We told our waiter that and he backed off.

    As always the service is outstanding, the Hostess that seated us was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure our drinks were always filled without having to asked, Kinney our waiter is awesome, he explained the special and it was so good, everyone enjoyed their meals and the desert cart was to die for.     Nice steakhouse decor. Service was great , Matt was our server for party of 8. Bartender was great, we did not order wine by the bottle, we had bottled beer, mixed cocktails & wine by the glass. Ordered steaks and the crab legs, only one steak had not been cooked to preference, but this was corrected. Chef came out to the table to see that all guests were happy with their meal. Seems that the front of house staff works well with the kitchen . Overall a nice dinner.

    With a new menu this is the least expensive of any stations steak house with out a doubt. While they have removed several old favorites like the pretzel bread, some of the apps, the larger filet and all of the house made steak sauces we were not disappointed in the least. The guys had a bottle of wine, ignacio had a great piece of salmon although he thought it was smaller along with a for sure smaller portion of creamed spinach. Uriel loved the flavor of the smoked prime rib even the he had to send it back to get it medium like me asked. My small filet was also undercooked to mid rare, but it was delicious as it was nice and charred on all sides. The bakers are still huge and we all were full. Kenny is for sure our favorite server and him and his team did a great job.

    My dining experience at the Broiler was FANTASTIC !!! The meal and the service was perfect. The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, delicious, and could melt in your mouth. The new menu is fine and I like the inclusion of the side dish with the entree. Kika was a great server. She explained the new menu to us and asked the right questions regarding the entrees and the sides. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Kika is definitely a positive asset for the Broiler restaurant.

    Came to try the new menu and had a comp. Steak is still of good quality. Bummed that the prime rib is only on Wednesdays. Boulders Prime rib is one of the better prime ribs is relationship to the price. Too full to try the new desserts. Next time.

    I've been there many times before because they serve high quality food. To my surprise, they have changed the entire menu and the food went up from the high quality to the highest quality. I couldn't believe how great it tasted and fresh ingredient, the way it was served, everything! I asked if it's the same chef or not, the waitress said it's a new young female chef! Wow. She needs a round applause. I'm not going to give all the details but I died just with the simple green salad as a starter. Good for you The Broiler!!!

    Went for a birthday dinner. Was surprised at the new menu. Yes, prices were lower, a good thing, but selections had changed. Been going there for years, and have always had our favorite menu selections. Many were gone, and replaced by things we were not a fan of. Would like to see more seafood options. Overall, it was ok, but we prefer some of the menu items that were discontinued.

    The Boiler Steak & Seafood @ Boulder Station Hotel & Casino is almost a hidden gem on the property. It’s tucked away in a corner between The Brass Fork and Guadalajara restaurants/dining areas. Ms. Holly was our Hostess and let us try out their seating selection before committing to a booth (recommended) or a table. Mr. Carlos was our main waiter. Everyone employed at this location seemed to have a genuine pleasant disposition - which is refreshing. The food? I’m not in the business of guiding people’s tastebuds but I will say everything we ordered was cooked to perfection - in the kitchen AND table side. If you have not given The Boiler Steak & Seafood - Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, I would like to formally invite those who are interested to give it a go.

    We have been going to the Broiler for over 15 years. Service and food has always been excellent (especially Carlos). However, on our recent visit, we were VERY Disappointed to learn of the menu change for the restaurant. It has always been a great steakhouse, but now with the change to the menu items-seems like it is a glorified cafe menu. If the restaurant keeps its current menu-we will not return.

    We were seated and about 15 mins later we placed our order. It was just my wife and myself and we had ordered a burger and a steak, nothing complicated but it took 45 mins for our food to come out. My steak was over cooked and I sent it back. The second steak was cooked right but was very tough and chewy. The manager named Holly came over and apologized and offered a different cut of steak. I tried a third time and it was better. Holly didn’t charge me for the steak which was appreciated. Due to the slow service and the quality of the meal I am not sure I would try the Broiler again or would I recommend it.
