   My dining experience at the Broiler was FANTASTIC !!! The meal and the service was perfect. The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, delicious, and could melt in your mouth. The new menu is fine and I like the inclusion of the side dish with the entree. Kika was a great server. She explained the new menu to us and asked the right questions regarding the entrees and the sides. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Kika is definitely a positive asset for the Broiler restaurant.

   Came to try the new menu and had a comp. Steak is still of good quality. Bummed that the prime rib is only on Wednesdays. Boulders Prime rib is one of the better prime ribs is relationship to the price. Too full to try the new desserts. Next time.

   Went for a birthday dinner. Was surprised at the new menu. Yes, prices were lower, a good thing, but selections had changed. Been going there for years, and have always had our favorite menu selections. Many were gone, and replaced by things we were not a fan of. Would like to see more seafood options. Overall, it was ok, but we prefer some of the menu items that were discontinued.

   I've been there many times before because they serve high quality food. To my surprise, they have changed the entire menu and the food went up from the high quality to the highest quality. I couldn't believe how great it tasted and fresh ingredient, the way it was served, everything! I asked if it's the same chef or not, the waitress said it's a new young female chef! Wow. She needs a round applause. I'm not going to give all the details but I died just with the simple green salad as a starter. Good for you The Broiler!!!

   The Boiler Steak & Seafood @ Boulder Station Hotel & Casino is almost a hidden gem on the property. It’s tucked away in a corner between The Brass Fork and Guadalajara restaurants/dining areas. Ms. Holly was our Hostess and let us try out their seating selection before committing to a booth (recommended) or a table. Mr. Carlos was our main waiter. Everyone employed at this location seemed to have a genuine pleasant disposition - which is refreshing. The food? I’m not in the business of guiding people’s tastebuds but I will say everything we ordered was cooked to perfection - in the kitchen AND table side. If you have not given The Boiler Steak & Seafood - Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, I would like to formally invite those who are interested to give it a go.

   We have been going to the Broiler for over 15 years. Service and food has always been excellent (especially Carlos). However, on our recent visit, we were VERY Disappointed to learn of the menu change for the restaurant. It has always been a great steakhouse, but now with the change to the menu items-seems like it is a glorified cafe menu. If the restaurant keeps its current menu-we will not return.

    We were seated and about 15 mins later we placed our order. It was just my wife and myself and we had ordered a burger and a steak, nothing complicated but it took 45 mins for our food to come out. My steak was over cooked and I sent it back. The second steak was cooked right but was very tough and chewy. The manager named Holly came over and apologized and offered a different cut of steak. I tried a third time and it was better. Holly didn’t charge me for the steak which was appreciated. Due to the slow service and the quality of the meal I am not sure I would try the Broiler again or would I recommend it.

    The restaurant was beautiful. Kenny as always was terrific! The fries and onion rings could have been warmer but that is my only 'issue'.he Broiler Anyway-we love this the Broiler... Miss Vicki though...

    Simply the best steaks and double cut pork chops you can get. There were 4 of us, so we got the tableside caeser salad. In addition to the rib eye and ribs, 2 ordered the pork chops. Our sides were asparagus, creamed corn and mashed potatoes to be shared. We also ordered a sweet potato which was big enough for 2 to share. Be sure to not fill up on their rolls and biscuits no matter how tempting they may be. The servings are generous. The prices are the most reasonable for any steakhouse. The service was also fantastic. Our iced teas and waters were refilled frequently. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat.

    Holly (manager) Mona(hostess) Kenny ( waiter) All of them are like the 3 musketeers. They all made my dining experience beyond reproach. The staff was perfect. They were friendly and made me feel welcome. Equalled by the food cooked to perfection. Complimented with the perfect Pino Noir. This is my second night in a row dining here. And I will be back for Wednesday when they introduce smoked prime rib. Dining at The Broiler is like dining In restaurant heaven.

    Always our favorite spot, & we always take friends to get the escargot of course, which is outstanding! The steaks never disappoint and Kenny always takes great care of us!! One of my other faves is the chopped salad with gorgonzola with the delicious house dressing. Can’t wait to go back again in a few weeks like we always do ❤️

    The first time there, the soup was too salty, and the potatoes that was served with the steak were to hard to chew. Our server was so kind and offered mash potatoes.

    This was my second time dining at the broiler. The last time was October 22. The prime rib was the best I had ever had. This time it was left over, tough, reheated and cold, as was the baked potato. Not a good experience at all. At best this restaurant is inconsistent in it's meals.

    We celebrate our 32nd anniversary. The hostess acknowledged that we were celebrating our anniversary. The sever didn’t. Overall the food and beverage were good. Service was good. I will give this place another try. The prime rib is excellent. Definitely worth the drive.
