   Ribeye steak was great and cooked to perfection. Spouse had Filet and Lobster and loved it. The place is very nice, but a bit noisy due to a large group. Service was outstanding.

   The food presentation was beautiful and the decor was rustic and historic-feeling. Most of the food was delicious--salad, bread, Creme Brulee- but the steak was rather tough. Our waitress seemed distracted and checked once to ask whether the steak had been cooked correctly. This was a 1-visit restaurant. We probably won't be back.

    Overall we had a good experience a the Brickhouse although two of the guests felt that their meal was a little salty but did not send the meal back The dining room was a little noisy but not a problem. The price on the e mail confirmation of the reservation was lower than the menu prices for the same item in the restaurant. They were out of one of the menu items listed on the e mail and on the menu in the restaurante

    Great service, Fantistic food, but the noise level is too much when you have older people or just want to enjoy a converation over a great meal. Seems this could be a simple fix too.

    2 of us have a severe seafood allergy and the chef and servers did an excellent job making sure our food was prepared safely! I hate being a bother but the braised short rib was well worth it! My moms scallops were perfectly cooked and I’ve never seen my dad so quiet while eating his crab cocktail. The Vanilla Sidecar was our favorite cocktail and I would have ordered another if I wasn’t so full! The only thing we suggested was a sugared rim on the Sazerac to pair with try Absybthe. Not a single complaint here about food nor service!

    excellent menu and options. we had several appetizers and especially loved the scallops and pork belly. steaks were cooked to perfection , dessert was incredible. our waiter has the best service while recommending options that were enjoyed.

    I was very disappointed. Brickhouse has been our go to place for birthdays and special occasions for the last decade. All three of our meals were way overdone; two halibut w demi Glace sauce and one pork chop. Rice was cold with both fish and baked potato needed a steak knife to cut. Worst $250 meal Ive ever had. What happend? We did not ask for three new dishes as it was a birthday and it would have put a damper on the celebration.

    The BEST steak that you will get in Redmond and nearby area. The waitstaff is impeccable. Don't come expecting fast food and a cheap meal. It's well WORTH the cost and wait!!!

    Super disappointing. Our steaks and baked potatoes were Luke warm so we sent them back. The steaks came back minimally better. The potatoes hadn’t been heated up at all. The butter wouldn’t melt in them. We sent them back to be microwaved. We heard our food server making apologies to the table next to us as well. At least they got something with a candle in it apparently for someone’s birthday. Even though we’d indicated on our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday there was no recognition. They did give us a slice of cheesecake to go as an apology so at least that’s something. However, we won’t be back. Our bill (with tip) was $200 which was outrageous for the meal we received.

    We love the Redmond Brickhouse. They are consistently outstanding over all the years we have been dining there. The food is exceptional; the available beverages are endless; and the service is superb. Our server, Brooke, was very knowledgeable when it came to selecting wine for our meal. She stopped by from time to time for a quick check to see if we needed anything. She was pleasant and has a nice smile. All of the meals that were ordered were over the top delicious. The appetizer and salads were also excellent. We have never had a bad meal or service at Redmond Brickhouse. You need to check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

    We are out here in the middle of nowhere - - and Jeff Porad created the Brickhouse. There is nothing not to like here. Go nuts finding what you fancy on the menu. Know that your beverage will be skillfully prepared. Wait staff is phenomenal. A Central Oregon treasure.

    Started off not having menu item available which was very disappointing because it was the reason I chose this location for dinner. So I had to change my mind on the fly and had the Rib-eye it was good but not what I had my mind set on. For the price could add a few more vegetables or anything to fill the plate. Server was awesome!! The place looks great had a odd but great choice of music

    The Brickhouse-Redmond was an extremely nice little hidden gem. We chose to eat here to celebrate our new home build be completed here in the area. Being new to area, several of of sun contractors recommend it highly. The only reason wasn’t top stars was it was extremely busy and thus food coming out was slow. But when we got it…the food was amazingly delicious.

    Our server, Jeff, was exceptional! He made the evening so much fun. The baked Brie and the Cesar salad are always our go to meal. Our son in law had the seafood platter. Albeit very expensive, it was great! Thanks Jeff!
