Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the steak Oscar and my sister had the shrimp. We were both very pleased. Our Covid seating was also very well spaced with plastic dividers.
Great food, great service, great environment
Food was great, American Kobe filet was awesome, and wait staff really friendly. Will go again.
Great food and really amazing service
I have had great experiences in the past. This time it seemed as if my steak had been defrosted in the microwave before being cooked. Then the waitress kept taking plates off my table before I was finished. Then took my bread while the wife and I were sitting talking and finishing our drinks. Everything just seemed like they were in a rush!
Delicious steaks, cooked perfectly, and really special cocktails. Our server was exceptional. We’re already looking forward to returning.
Awesome food and amazing service.
We always have a great dinner at the Brickhouse. We will be back.
Nice atmosphere, short wait for seating and food. Amanda was a very friendly and professional server. We'll be back!
It’s just a typical “steak house”. What they call specials are exactly the same every time we go.
The food is just ok. In Redmond, you don’t have a lot of options!
The best part was our waiter.
Extremely attentive and friendly without being overbearing.
Love the food. Love the service Will always go back.
Had a wonderful bday dinner. Generous portion sizes. Fantastic service.
Our waiter was very attentive and alert to our needs. The food was delicious. I had friends tell me to try the scallops - so that's what I had for an appetizer. I'd order them again. My husband and I had decided that he would order a steak and I would order grilled prawns, which we saw on the online menu. The prawns were not offered on our visit, but the special for the evening was halibut. I took that and my husband had steak. I did not share. It was delicious. This being our 56th anniversary, we topped off the meal with a cobbler for my husband and chocolate lava cake for me. Everything was delicious. Thank you for a great anniversary dinner.
Excellent all the way around. Awesome wine list!
Only issue was the music was way too loud
Our experience overall would have been much better if they had not placed a group of younger people right in the center of the room. The group of 12 to 14 people were very noisy and disturbed many around them. Had we known before hand that they would allow a large group with no thought about COVID 19 spacing we would have gone elsewhere. As said the food was very good our server was great but the noise level was way to high to make the overall dining experience enjoyable. Not sure we will go back.
Service was excellent! My halibut was overdone and my wife's salmon was the same. The waiter took the halibut dinner off our bill. Our friend had a steak and he said it was perfect. The zucchini appetizer was very good.
There were 3 of us. The steak Oscar was wonderful. The filet was overcooked and the beef short ribs were fatty and the mashed potatoes cold. The green beans were good.
Went here while staying in central oregon for our anniversary. Service was great, our food was phenomenal. We had the bacon wrapped scallops for appetizer and filet Oscar and a filet and lobster for main course. Everything was very delicious and we were happy with the whole place. Would highly recommend.
Neither Bend or Redmond are very restaurant rich cities, but there are a few gems, and the Brickhouse has been added to our list. We live closer to Portland, but vacation in the Bend/Redmond area frequently, and there just aren't a lot of really good restaurants around. Especially if you aren't interested in the brew pub scene, which we aren't. The steak I had, and the pasta and diver scallops my wife had were of very high quality, and the preparation of both were absolutely perfect. It's a little spendy for Redmond, but that quality of food, atmosphere and service would cost 30% more anywhere near Portland. Great job Brickhouse, you have made lifelong customers in us!
The service was beyond excellent. Jeff was very attentive to our needs, and had an amazing sense of humor. The food was ten times better than I even expected. I had a virgin frozen beverage, the brie appetizer, and the champagne sauced halibut for dinner. The cost matches the quality and value of the food. I would highly encourage anyone to go there that is interested in an intimate, clean and romantic vibe. This is definitely the best food in Redmond!
Great food and wonderful ambiance! Will return next time we are visiting Redmond.
From the steaks, to the scallops, to the halibut all were wonderful! The scallops was amazing!
First time visit. Food was spectacular other than veggies not cooked enough.
Great food. Great portions. Great atmosphere. Great staff.
Awesome dinner place, would have been better but there was a drunk guy basically yelling the entire time...but other than that it was a wonderful experience.
The dinner was delicious and our server was so kind and attentive. It was pricey but we knew that before going there. It was totally worth it. We went there for our anniversary and definitely see us going there again!
Good food and a great atmosphere for the entire family
We dined during the Covid pandemic. The restaurant had spent considerable money to keep us safe with ingenious glass dividers separating the tables. The food was outstanding and the wine list extensive and reasonably priced. The list was so good Our wine bill outnumbered our food bill by a factor of two. Our waiter was delightful. By far the best spot in Redmond for a quality experience.
Great food and great service.
The steak and lobster was outstanding as was the Caesar salad. Our family enjoyed every bite! We will be back often!
The staff were very helpful and the food was fantastic. Blue cheese wedge salad and seafood fettuccine.
The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the service couldn't have been better.
Great food, great service. The Brick house never disappoints.
Jeff was amazing!
Always a pleasure
The food was pretty bad. The Cajun chicken was flavorless. The rack of lamb not good. The sea scallops were bay tiny scallops. Again, no flavor. The tempura zucchini was so greasy you could not eat. And the crab cakes.....were extremely less than fresh.
Have no desire to go back.
When I go out I rarely get a steak now because it is NEVER done the way I ask for it: medium rare. However this time I decided to break my own rule and I am so glad I did. My rib eye was perfectly cooked along with the baked potato and carrots.
Service was super good which goes along way with me. All the other dishes at the table we wonderfully plated and were equally delicious. Great job!
Always great food. Now a tasteful and effective social distancing measures complete the experience.
Great restaurant, the service was great. The food was awesome.
