Go! Go! Go! So far best restaurant we've eaten at on Grand Cayman. Went for dinner everything from appetizers to desert was phenomenal.
My wife and I tried to go here last time we visited Cayman but the restaurant was closed. We were so happy it was open this time.
The restaurant is closed in August and Saturdays and Sundays except for special events/private parties.
The grilled cheese is absolutely fantastic. We came on a Friday night and they have Pizza and Pinot night on fridays.
The atmosphere was great w/o being pretentious. They brought out homemade hummus & bread. Yum. We then started w tuna tartar. Excellent spice.
We both had fresh fish caught on the restaurant’s own boats earlier that day. Superb!! Perfectly cooked. Spices complemented the fish.
We are definitely going back.
Outstanding food and service as always.
The cuisine is consistently good, the service-almost flawless. The ingredients are so fresh you can taste it. Definitely a first class restaurant.
We enjoyed our dinner. Amazing salads, charcuterie, wine. Pasta dish was amazing and the grouper was delish! We will be going again for sure
Wonderful meal. Farm to table experience noteworthy, especially as to "Boat to Table" aspect.
Wonderful farm to table dining. One of the best salads I’ve ever had with pomegranate seeds And candied walnuts! Get it
Messed up our drinks, but easily fixed. Food was amazing!
Chef tasting menu was out of this world. We travel and eat around the globe, this is a must stop if your in Cayman
Delicious raw locally sourced fish dishes and small plates. Nice to eat in their garden where they grow some of their own produce. Also really good apple cider and mezcal cocktail and overall nice cocktail list.
Amazing fresh food. Lovely service. Best fine Dino g experience in the Caribbean
The experience was spectacular and the food was excellent. The farm to table concept is particularly impressive and really inspires in an environment where sustainability is more and more vital.
Go on Wednesday for burger night; great value and super yummy!! Sangria was good, too.
A little off the beaten path but we'll worth the 10 minute drive from 7 mile beach. Everything is super fresh and well prepared. By far the best lobster and fish on the island. Once tried you will be hooked
The food was medioca. The shrimp were nice size but salty, the homemade rolls tasted yeasty
My wife and I went to the Brasserie on a Monday night. We had a reservation and were a little bit early ( not recognizing that all downtown stores close at 5 pm). We were seated immediately at a nice table for two.
Our server was there immediately and explained the menu and the Monday night special in detail. We ended up picking the three course dinner with a bottle of wine for a couple.
The white wine was a little bit warm in the beginning, but it was nicely chilled after it was in the wine cooler for a little bit. Our food came out rather quickly and all courses tasted really nice. Our waitress stopped by quite often to check on us.
We really enjoyed our dinner and are sure to return during a future trip to Grand Cayman.
Fabulous dinner!!! We especially loved the garden and kitchen tour given by the Chef -
he was very knowledgeable and friendly! Wonderful ambiance -" Casablanca" feel with friendly servers and excellent 3 course dinner for two with a bottle of nice wine! We will definitely be back!
The restaurant accommodated our changing time needs. We ended up eating a late lunch instead of an early dinner. The Gilled Cheese appetizer is amazing. Steak frites was fantastic. Wife had her fish cooked to order and loved it. Would highly recommend eating here.
Excellent lunch, as always! Best lunch on the island.
Amazing all around!
We sat in the garden, which I had never done before. It was a great experience which I enjoyed even more than sitting inside the restaurant.
This is one of a few restaurants that I insist upon frequenting each trip we take to Grand Cayman. Interesting menu with excellent execution on both food and service.
Food was very good
We were a bit disappointed with the chocolate moss cake. Was very average
We had the tasting menu wth wine pairings. A very delightful meal.
Great food with impressive fresh catches of the day and inventive menu items. Service was on point with a knowledgeable wait staff. Overall a very enjoyable meal with great atmosphere.
My husband and I went for an amazing dinner on our last night on Cayman. Everything was wonderful. We don't eat seafood but still had plenty to choose from. We order the grilled cheese appi and a beet salad. I had the risotto and my husband had the steak. For dessert we shared the alcoholic version of a coke float. Wonderful experience! Even though the restaurant is not on the water it was one of our favorite meals on the island.
Absolutely amazing, we had an awesome server who recommended great tacos! The hot sauce was amazing! Overall best restaurant we went to on the island
Food was outstanding and service was friendly and attentive
Chef Thomas is a genius! The tasting menu was absolutely phenomenal - so many flavors and unexpected combinations that worked brilliantly together. Cayman has some wonderful restaurants but this is by far the best because not only is the food exquisite, their produce is almost all locally grown, organic, sustainably farmed etc. so we felt very good about everything we ate, even the deserts! The wine was also amazing (can't go wrong with a Pinot Noir from Oregon) and the services was also excellent and to top it off, Chef Thomas even treated us to a garden tour after the meal, which was so interesting and informative - we simply couldn't ask for more. Everything was perfect and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
Amazing experience and very romantic. We highly recommend.
