The Brasserie is the pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in Grand Cayman, setting the expectation for fresh local menus throughout the island. The grassroots establishment produces organic eggs on site, wild raw honey from its 50 hives, coconuts from the 202 palms at Coco Bluff Farm, and catches daily fresh seafood with its two fishing boats, Brasserie Catch I and Brasserie Catch II. Surrounded by an edible garden with flourishing fruit and nut trees, enjoy a unique dining experience outside in the greenhouse terrace or indoors in the elegant dining room or intimate wine cellar. The seasonally inspired and sustainable menu of delicious modern Caribbean cuisine is paired with signature cocktails and an extensive fine wine list.

    Our diner at the Brasserie was great. We were there on a Monday evening when they had a special "Monday Secret Pleasures". This was a special for two people that included an appetiser, main, desert and bottle of wine. My wife had the grilled yellowfin tuna that was so tender and cooked perfectly. I had the roasted duck breast which was delicious. The wait staff was super and the atmosphere very relaxed. One of the best meals I have had in Cayman in a long time!

    The food is always excellent and the service is impeccable and friendly. The only drawback is the noise. It is hard to hear your dining companions when the house is full

    Wonderfully fresh and tasty menu. Cocktails were good too. If you're at a resort and you want a great meal go too the Brasserie with fresh fish from their boats and vegetables from their garden!

    Outstanding experience with the freshest ingredients. They grow their own vegetables and herbs and spices right in the garden next-door. They have their own chicken farm as well. We did a tour of the garden. It was truly impressive. Each dish impressed with its flavors of freshness and high-quality. Excellent selection of wines ! Our server Bokchoi was excellent with great attention to detail. Simone the Somielier gave excellent recommendation or a mature and crisp French white burgundy! By far our best meal in Cayman . Bravo !

    The chicken was a little dry and the fish was over cooked. The ambience is great and the service is outstanding. We've had better meals here and will be back.

    Bombay was an amazing waiter! Great food and amazing experience. The beef Wellington beat all our expectations and the service was phenomenal. I will come back to this place and if you only have the budget for one fancy meal, this is the place where you spend it.
