   There was one other person in the place at 8.30pm on a Sunday night. Waitress didn't know what soup of the day was and when they said they had run out of the wine I wanted we left. Overpriced and wouldn't trust cuisine as so quiet. Very disappointing. £6 for potato and onion soup??? Very expensive. Think staff all trainees

   Sorry but I would not even recommend hotel guest ate here. The food can only be described as over priced school dinner Lamb with mash for mains whilst my lamb was cooked fine my wifes looked as thou it has spent 10 seconds under the grill not just rare but stone cold and bleeding (not well done as requested.) The mash had been obviously prepared hours earlier and put in a microwave after the poor main course we just asked for the bill Of the 3 cocktails on the menu we asked for they where all out of stock. The front of house staff where very friendly and cannot be faulted. Management should be checking on stock levels and making sure the food leaving the kitchen is what the customer would expect. Nice location and nice inside however the food and stocking let them down meaning we will not be returning
