The Brass Tag (Deer Valley)
Free parking is available.
Apps were over cooked, NY strip ordered Med-rare, delivered medium well at best..had to ask manger to even deliver cocktail order...thanks but no thanks.
The food was pretty good except the steak was more medium well verse medium rare as was ordered. And very noise
Odd food and somewhat disinterested wait staff.
Very nice restaurant, almost hidden away on Deer Valley Drive. It was a short walk from our townhouse rental so we didn't need to use the available garage. Great food and service.
The Brussel sprouts were a little greasy & salmon too sweet. My dish was fantastic ! I had the shrimp & rice dish. I also loved the fried avocado. Thanks a bunch for great service!!
Excellent choices and great service! Food is consistently good! Highly recommend!
The place had great atmosphere and the service was almost perfect! Food was good and they had some GF options which was nice bhe burger patty could have been a little bigger for the price. My husband had the elk lasagna which he loved and the portion was good on that. Great beers too!
Great food. Large portions - we all took boxes home. Very accommodating. Great for an extended meal get together. Lovely setting.
Wonderful experience! The avocado fries are amazing, very unique. My New York strip was perfectly prepared and seasoned well, it even came it a whole bulb of roasted garlic!!! The cocktails were really good, we had the Ontario and the Mountaineer. Service was top notch and very attentive. John the manager stopped by to make sure we were having a good experience, nice touch. We will return when back in Park City.
The Brass Tag has been offering new options that are very good. We good to Brass Tag every time we vist Park City, we love the food and ambiance.
Small cozy restaurant! Great service and great food
Family dinner post-ski day.
Choose elsewhere. Way overpriced. Several dishes inedible. I
Food was served lukewarm. Our son was ill within 3 hours of eating the meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
I would not eat at this restaurant again. I sent the restaurant a message through Open Table but did not hear back.
Good apres ski dining option. Pork chop was terrific.
We took our family of 5 to the Brass Tag. We were seated immediately. The waiter took our drink order and then our food order. We asked specifically if the Tandoori Shrimp Skillet was spicy. He said it was mild so my daughter and I ordered it. On a spicy scale 1 being mild and 5 being hot this dish fell into the 3.5 range DEFINITELY not mild! I didn’t mind the spice but my daughter did and that’s why we asked the question to begin with. If you don’t mind the spice the dish was just okay. My husband ordered the Bison Meatloaf and he said the texture was mushy and he would have enjoyed a Five Guys burger much more. My youngest daughter ordered the pasta bake and that dish was very marginal. On a positive note my middle daughter had the cheese pizza and was happy. We also ordered the avocado fries as an appetizer but they never came and then our main dishes arrived and we no longer wanted the fries. The waiter never asked my husband if he wanted another cocktail even as his head was tipped back getting the last drops as the waiter passed by. Huge disappointment for a bill just under $200! I know it’s difficult to find employees in a resort town but based on the reviews I thought it was going to be much better.
Really great server and service!! Food was really good! The $20 corkage fee for bringing our own wine is fair but it goes up to $40 per bottle after the second one. That's a bit steep!!
The brass tag is a hidden gem!! Off the “beaten path” but worth the trek out to deer valley- a nice change away from Main Street!!
This was our 1st time and we had an amazing dinner!!! I'm definitely a foodie and enjoyed everything we all ordered! I would highly recommend The Brass Tag
Great place to dine.
We love The Brass Tag. It's our go to date night/ special occasion/ night out in the hood place. It's our "Cheers" where everyone knows your name.
Must try the fried pickles! Was a nice low key spot.
This is quickly becoming one of our favorites. They have a cozy bar and, since it’s a place where the hotel guests gather, it’s not so busy and noisy. A perfect find for locals wanting a more restful dinner. Service is great! There are a number of really good consistent menu items. Try the bone in pork chop!
This is a casual dining restaurant in the aging Lodges complex in Deer Valley. The wait staff are great. The room is quiet even with a few large groups seated around the room. The food is good, not outstanding, and the menu has enough choices for most tastes. We had dinner there. The shrimp in my Greek Pita Sandwich was not to my liking, but the sandwich without the shrimp was very good anyway. The restaurant did comp our dessert, which was a nice touch. Good for lunch or family dining.
This is a favorite "go to" when we are in town. Their signature drinks are always different and tasty; the food simple but delicious and the staff are always just great. It is a family favorite and a tradition for us to go at least once each DV trip!
This is the first Deer Valley restaurant I have eaten in that is a big disappointment! All of Deer Valley's restaurants - other than the "Brass Tag" are excellent in all areas. Our service was inexperienced to the level of incompetent! Not at all rude, just inexperienced and/or poorly trained. Needless to say, even though the "Brass Tag" is a short walk from our second home, we have no intention of going back. Don't waste your time (you will fall asleep between visits from the wait staff - and the place was nearly empty!) or your money when there are so many much better restaurants close by.
Great food. Open pizza oven. Open seating that is not crowding. Bar seating available with two big screen TV's (sound off). Tasty appetizers and marvelous desserts. Brass Tag is themed on the mining industry with many antique brass tags and museum quality black and white pictures of Park City's mining history.
We enjoyed it and it was quiet though we were by a bar area. It was not busy, but I wonder if they were understaffed tonight because no one even greeted us for 10 minutes, and we didn't get our food for 50 minutes, but the staff was friendly and always filled drinks. No complaints honestly except the time thing. Food was very good but none of us raved about it but also no complaints.
Great as always! Try the avocado fires. Service is great, Creative menu.
Very nice people. Very good value.
Comfortable and quiet, efficient service with friendly knowledgeable service, meals were delicious and attractively presented.
Dead inside the restaurant....food was great, but service was not ideal... our waiter was yelling across the restaurant at his co worker. Also, talking to the cook.
We enjoy Brass Tag and go there often.
Love the first bottle complimentary corkage.
One of our favorite restaurants. It never disappoints
Avocado fries were awesome. Short rib was top notch as well.
Small varied menu, pizza cooked in central brick oven, we ate there twice and enjoyed everything. The pork chop is excellent . Very small so good idea to book ahead.
It was my husbands birthday but they forgot the candle in his dessert.
This was our third meal at The Brass Tag and we were not disappointed. The food is imaginative, somewhat unusual in a very positive way, and all four of us were enthusiastic about our selections. Probably not a great choice for young children when the unusual at the table is to be avoided, but otherwise enthusiastically recommended.
Sat at the bar. Loved the bartender. He made up for food quality.
Pretty average compared to other Deer Valley dining experiences
