After the huge success of last year’s Australian wine dinner, we’re delighted to bring the spirit of Australia back to The Box Tree, this time, unfiltered. We’re partnering with Break Free Wines, the bold South Australian label founded by Trudy Stacy, who will be joining us in person for the evening. Break Free is all about wines with energy, character and freedom, crafted for taste, not tradition. Think textural whites, chilled reds and unexpected pairings that defy convention. To match, Head Chef, Brayden Davies has created a six-course menu inspired by the vibrant, rule-breaking approach of contemporary Australian cooking. Working alongside our Head Chef Brayden Davies, who trained under Shaun during his time at Grantley Hall, the evening promises a memorable celebration of Yorkshire's finest produce, brought to life with precision, flair and deep-rooted respect for the region. Guests will enjoy a specially curated seven-course tasting menu, inspired by Shaun’s Yorkshire upbringing and a selection of Brayden's signature dishes.
