Great Jazz brunch with extensive buffet and a la carte menu in downtown luxury boutique hotel. Very good variety of foods, raw bar, carb legs and bunch favorites. Great for out of town guests and special occasions.

Very disappointed, food was all pre cooked . The crab cakes came out cold and then even colder when the chef supposedly cooked fresh ones. My wife had the salmon which was meant to come with rice , in actual fact there was a minuscule amount of rice but from some strange reason the fish was on a huge bed of arugula. I chose the chicken , this had to one of the most over cooked chicken breasts I have ever had the displeasure to attempt to eat. We will not be returning .

La Boheme was absolutely fantastic! We had not been there before and for our 19th anniversary I took my wife to the 'Jazz Brunch' and we LOVED IT. The food spread was incredible...unbelievable...and everything from the menu items to the buffet were prepared with excellence. Furthermore, the STAFF WAS SUPERB...with everyone we met sincere, caring about our table and ourselves, engaging, lively, and accommodating...we never had to wait for our table to be 'cleaned up' from used dishware or glasses...they were ahead of it before we even asked. The atmosphere...while a bit noisy...was enhanced with wonderful artwork, good lighting and decor, cozy even if busy seating arrangements and very classy jazz music and hotel design and decor. We could not have been more pleased for our anniversary brunch on 11/12/2017!

A great overall experience, fantastic service and atmosphere. For the price i sill suggest to have a broader selection of natural drinks like juices fresh made, since the only option we were offered was orange juice from the box.

THank you

Went for the jazz brunch. The decor of restaurant is very modern and is clean. The tables and booths are spacious. The food was fantastic. The selection could have been a little better. The Omlette station, Crepe station and items ordered off the menu are the best. Everything else is pretty typical of a buffet. The service was outstanding! Our server never let our mimosa glasses go empty, which was a huge challenge considering we all
Loved mimosas! The jazz music was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure what I expected, but there was a piano and a sax in the area where the food was. It was difficult to hear the music from where we were sitting. I will be back!!!

The location of this restaurant is perfect for pre-theatre dining if you're going to a concert or show at the Dr. Phillips Center, and the people watching is fun, especially in the bar area. I've dined in the bar area near the live piano before, which was fun, and also in the main dining room, which is a little less interesting. The piano can be a little loud, so I would only recommend dining near it (with the bar menu only) if the restaurant is already busy and loud. Otherwise, the music overwhelms the place. The food was good, quick, and served very professionally. It's just a quick walk to a show, and there's a parking garage right near the restaurant--a bonus.

The Boheme is always a pleasure. Due to traffic, we showed up 20 minutes late(and had a show at the Dr. Phillips in 90 minutes). They took care of everything, with their usual excellent service and food(and wine).

We try to have dinner here every time we go to a show at the Dr. Phillips.

It has been a while since we ate at The Boheme, but they have not slipped. The menu was new, a little pricier, but excellent. It changes frequently. The fall version had a fabulous salad with warm pears, grape tomatoes, great greens, and a host of other ingredients. The evenings fresh catch was grouper, served on a squash puree with asparagus. The is the first time in months that I have had asparagus cooked perfectly. Tender but not floppy, with a slight crispness. The grouper and the sauce were delicious. The squash was not overly seasoned, and was also delicious. Sadly, we were too full to enjoy dessert!

This restaurant is just as advertised. Concise menu meaning the dishes are well thought out and executed with precision. Other reviews were correct, the noise level is LOUD, acoustics make a small room seem like there is a crowd of several hundred. While checking in, there was confusion with where they were to seat us, so we ended up standing in the middle of the restaurant, in the way of working wait staff, until the hostess could figure out where she messed up. After that, our server, Denise, made that memory to away. Denise was kind, friendly, humorous, and took exceptionally good care of us during our dinner. This is a perfect location for dinner if you are attending a show or event at either Dr. Phillips or Amway.

The food was amazing, but the service was very bad. I made a reservation at 1 pm and was told we would have at least 1.5 hours of brunch, but they shut everything down at 2. The waiter I had was also rude and unhelpful throughout our experience. I have had a great time there before in the past, but this visit was not great.

Comfortable seating and cozy as long as you get a good table. Great atmosphere and nice and busy so you feel like you have gone to the right place. service was very good.
Negatives...
Steak was supposed to be dry aged but it sure didn't look like it although it was good. Also all good restaurants should have table cloths and this one does NOT :-(

We went for brunch this past Sunday. What a let down. We had just been at the Bohemian hotel in Celebration the night prior for jazz music in the lounge, and it was fantastic. We were hoping this hotel would live up to that. It didn't.

Overall, the food at the brunch was good, the music was nice, but the service was awful. It was basically non existent. The girls at the hostess desk seemed clueless and devoid of any personality. We saw a waiter once in our 2 hours there. Nobody checked on us, nobody cleared our table or the tables around us. The only girl working was the girl behind the bar, who ultimately got us our drinks, our check and validated our parking because nobody else was around. We're not picky and are usually pretty easy to please, but this was ridiculous. We will not be back or recommend.

My wife and I had Sunday brunch while staying here at the hotel. It was outstanding. The spread of foods for the buffet was impressive and the taste was phenomenal. Everything from the omelets to the prime rib at the carving station to the seafood tasted absolutely delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and always ready for any request we had. I would definitely return on our next special occasion in Orlando.

On their Web site the restaurant had described a combination dinner with appetizer, main course, and dessert for $49 ( this was different than magical dining), and also a combination of appetizer and dessert for, I think $39. When we got there the waiter said that was discontinued now but they hadn't removed it from the Web site yet. I'm sorry, but to be ethical, if they are advertising it on their Web site, they need to honor it. I didn't argue with the waiter, but this is what I think.

If you're going to the theatre at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts for the evening, I highly recommend dining here before or after the show. Everything from the food to the service is excellent. The noise level can be much - depending on the crowd and if there's live music that evening. The Boheme is a neighborhood gem and a nice dining experience to have in the downtown Orlando area. Word of caution - traffic is terrible on a Friday night; give yourself plenty of time to get there. It's best to wait for the theatre crowd to leave because traffic after the show is nuts. Have a drink, dinner, and/or dessert at the Boheme after the show. Keep in mind, using the valet parking at the Grand Bohemian Hotel and getting the parking validation from the Boheme is a great alternative and savings to the parking at the theatre itself.

Food was very good. Well prepared. Nice sauces. Good service. Very close to the Dr Phillips Center, so good for pre-theater. (Make sure you have a reservation.)
It is pricey.
Biggest negative is it is quite noisy. Hard to have a quiet conversation. Would not recommend for a date... unless you just wanted to silently stare into each other’s eyes.

We have been a great fan of the Boheme for several years, always combining a stay at the Bohemian with a meal at the Boheme each time we attend a show at the Phillips Center. This has happened several times a year for a number of years. Last week we were surprised to see a dramatic change to what had been a great menu with show specials, along with a large variety of entree items.
Sadly, what we did order did not meet what we know to be your standards. We selected escargot as our appetizer, and when it arrived it was not cold, but was not hot either, as if it had been left in the window for too long. My filet which was ordered as medium rare, arrived as medium at best, and was very, very dry-not what one expects on a $45 steak. I considered sending back, but didn’t due to time constraints. We are not normally complainers, but do wish that you give some thought to what has happened to your menu.
Am sending as private note.

The food was good but service was terrible, not sure if it was where we were placed but me and 3 other people were placed in a corner and our waitress came out originally and was very polite, but shortly after that the service lacked. We ordered drinks and food almost right away and finished our drinks (alcoholic) and waited for 10 mins for our next round. We told multiple waitresses and waiters and they said they would get our server yet never did. When she finally did show up she apologized and said she would get right on it but at this time 20 minutes have already elapsed. We finally got our drinks with dinner then had dessert and went home. Overall experience, was good minus the lack of speed at a seemingly moderate crowded restaurant. Food was great, ambiance was great just need to work on making sure your customers have everything they need in a timely fashion.

Had a fantastic meal during the Magicsl Dining event. In addition to food specials, they had a great wine special. Wonderful opportunity to have gourmet dining at reasonable cost. Waiter Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The only negative was the background noise or music that made no sense.

Our server Kenny was fantastic. The filet on the other hand not so much. It was remade once because it came out a tad over cooked and then “tossed back on” the grill when it came out the second time nearly raw. Besides this, the experience was nice and the atmosphere was warm. I think they have the right idea with everything but aren’t fully following through in the kitchen.

It was the first time I have been disappointed at the Boheme. Our server, was very non attentive. I think since we were two older women, she wrongly assumed we would be poor tippers. Big mistake. We tipped 20% but always have tipped more to the other outstanding servers I have had at The Boheme. The outstanding evening I had been looking forward to with my out of town company was again, disappointing. But As always, the food was excellent.

The ambiance was astonishing, live music, perfect lighting, unique artwork. The food was to die for, the lobster bisque was exquisite and the lamb was seasoned to perfection. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly however the hostesses were both rude and unhelpful. My boyfriend and I did not make a reservation, we were not aware we had to. I asked if they had any available and they said they had nothing left for the night. I checked open table and noticed several reservations (one of which was only 15mins away) so I booked, went back up to the hostess told them I had a reservation for 9:00pm. They actually made me wait until 9:00pm to be seated at a table that was empty from the moment we arrived. Outside of the hostesses poor customer service the restaurant was overall amazing.
