Tours are offered on a first come, first serve basis starting at 10am daily (weather permitting). Sign up in The BOATHOUSE Boatique. $125 per car (3-4 people in the car per tour).                     No real complaints. Service was great, we were packed in like sardines, which is the norm for Disney. Food was good but overpriced. Restaurant was SUPER LOUD. Probably won’t go again, but don’t regret going.

                    This was our first time trying the Boathouse Experience which included a lunch for two and an Amphicar tour (a boat the looks like a car!) for up to four people. The lunch came with choice of an appetizer, main meal and dessert! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our waitress’s name was Victoria and she made us feel like VIPs!! I would highly recommend eating here. Their manager, Brandi Rodriguez, made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make this whole experience memorable! We will definitely be back!!

                    Expected more of an entertaining atmosphere (I.e., band). Tables were pretty close together inside and out table was right outside a shop so lots of traffic. Food was decent. Service ok. Really nothing that set it apart from other restaurants.

                    The food was amazing as always! We had the 11 oz filet cooked medium. It was perfectly cooked. We also had the 8 oz Maine lobster tail and a side of grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious. Bella was our server and she was very pleasant and sweet. It was a bit noisy due to the dueling pianos but it did not detract from the experience.

                    This was our second visit to The Boathouse. My experience may be based on the fact that we dined on July 4th, so they were likely dealing with heavy volume and short staffed. That said, we arrived ahead of our booked reservation and I advanced to the check-in desk. I let the host know we were early and if we needed to wait, that was fine. He asked us if we preferred inside or outside and I told him outside. He said they did have a table ready outside and if I could step into the gift shop, they would call us. He confirmed my phone number so I assumed we would be texted with updates as is the typical protocol when dining these days but maybe I assumed wrongly. After about 20 minutes had passed with no further contact, I walked back to the desk to ask for an update. The host said he had tried to "find me". then he asked me to stand against the wall and he would call us. This was frustrating because I had followed his instructions the first time and lost our table. The hostess who seated us was very friendly. We received our drinks right away. My SIL had a gluten allergy and they had a manager come to the table to go over specific dietary needs for her. We had their delicious rolls served promptly. That's where the great service and food ended. We placed our order. I ordered the Pan-Seared Halibut I had enjoyed a year earlier to the tune of $52./plate but this time, the fish was overly salty and overcooked, along with the vegetables. My family members seemed to enjoy their food, the half chicken for my husband and my SIL had a Caesar Salad and Baked Sweet Potato. We finished dinner and the waiter brought us dessert menus. At the recommendation of the waiter, my SIL ordered the gluten free brownie and I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake. Several minutes later, the waiter returned to tell my SIL they had no gluten free ice cream to serve with the brownie. The dessert service took over a half hour, way too long. A disappointing experience overall
