Great experience for family to meet for dinner. Crab cakes and steaks were delicious. This was our second time and did not disappoint. Being from Chicago, you can definitely tell it’s a Gibson’s restaurant by the quality.

The food and service were great. My garden salad was missing the garden, but they promptly brought more veggies upon request. It is a busy, loud place, so don't expect a quiet, romantic dinner. Overall, I would recommend it.

The restaurant is ok with a unique vibe. My wife and I had dinner there after having read reviews on trip advisor. I personally think it is over hyped and the food is just ok and not worth the price. She had more flavourful salmon at both Longhorns Steakhouse and Bahama Breeze restaurants. I had the lobster roll which came with fries and not worth the price and the taste was just ok. Not much for shrimp or crab options either. I expected better from what is supposed to be a good seafood restaurant. We won’t be back. I guess the selling point is the view over the water.

Normally love The Boathouse, always clear it was Gibson’s quality… this visit, wasn’t packed, but service was slow, food was cold and dry, it clearly sat too long… my roasted chicken was sooo dry… and the server while Profesional, was like a robot with RBF. Disappointed, may not return. Great location, great ambiance, missed the mark this visit!

We celebrated my parent's 50th anniversary at the Boathouse on Sunday, March 26th. It was amazing. Due to my mother's terminal illness, we needed some accommodations and the staff could not have been more gracious and kind. Kylene, our server, was the sweetest, most efficient, and genuine person. We were very thankful for her and she made this event even more special. My mother and father both enjoyed this day at Disney Springs and the fabulous meal at the Boathouse due the amazing service and atmosphere. Thank you very much to everyone.

We enjoyed our early dinner outside in a lovely area overlooking the lake with shade and a ceiling fan. Our waiter was outstanding, the drinks and food wonderful, and we appreciated the manager, Scott, stopping by to check on us. In fact, the whole experience was so nice, we booked an outdoor table for brunch the following day!

The server was great, attentive, friendly and helpful. The food came within 15 to 20 minutes gap. My guest soup came first and was a little salty. My lobster roll came as I mentioned 15 minutes later. I have had the lobster roll many times before , actually was there a few weeks before and was fantastic, as usual. This time, it seems they forgot to deliver my order, so the roll which is normally toasted right before was cold. I know the lobster is cold but the bread made all the difference. I might not return for the lobster roll.

Waiter was amazing…great service. Shrimp appetizer was really good, bread good. I had macaroni and cheese (side for 2) - just ok. Side salads were not cold and at $8 each definitely not worth it. My hubby thoroughly enjoyed his ahi tuna. We weren’t impressed with the food before and definitely won’t be coming back. Service and ambiance not worthy of ok food

We have been coming to the boathouse that has been built. We are passholders and DVC owners we bring all of our families. We are here at least every Friday, Saturday and Sunday eat at the boathouse exclusively. They are the best TEN STARS

Service and ambiance fantastic. We ordered the crab stuffed avocado, seared tuna, and carpaccio — all was great except carpaccio. We only had a bite or two and considered sending it back. Just lacked flavor. The kids meal was a great value at $11 and came in a cute boat car. We had the kids grilled salmon and fries. Healthy portion of salmon and it was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boat cars go by and a lovely sunset. Our favorite Disney springs restaurant so far!

As always a great experience. Tyl was our server and she did a great job. If you are there soon be sure to have the strawberry shortcake. The pastry chef makes a perfect biscuit for it and the Florida strawberries were sweet.
