They were very welcoming and accommodating when’s we decided we didn’t want the outside table they suggested for us but preferred indoor seating. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service of the kids meal too.

After several years, I decided to return to the boathouse. Poor service in the past deterred me. I had 3 previous visits with absolutely horrible service. But not this time! Dillon our server made the night! He was fantastic from start to finish. Our food was amazing too. We had the tuna, mahi tacos, salmon and lobster Oscar. Everything was cooked perfectly and well presented. What a great night! You redeemed yourself, Boathouse, I will be back.

It was our first time at the boathouse, it did not disappoint, the food was excellent, best club sandwich I have had. Great decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ps the apple bread pudding was delicious.

Check in was a mess and reservation times are never accurate. Expect to wait 20/30 min past reservation time. Food is standard and at times doesn’t not seem worth the value. During this visit there was a strong “fish” smell. Yes I know it’s a seafood restaurant but you should never be able to “smell” fish if the food is cooked right.

The service was great, they didn’t have the salsa ready when I ordered “duo dips” so they brought out 2 pimento cheeses. I dropped the side of potatoes off of my plate onto the floor when I was putting them into the to go box and they brought me out more immediately. They brought out a refill of pimento and salsa when we were leaving for a midnight snack. Never had a better experience with dinner.

The Boathouse has always been a favorite for us when visiting Disney Springs. This visit was just ok compared to others. I ordered a pasta dish and added shrimp and there was absolutely no flavor, evenr the shrimp were bland. While colorful and looked appealing it was a disappointment. Others at the table enjoyed the shrimp boil and Mac and Cheese. Service was not their normal standard. Our server was always in a hurry, would ask if we were ok and be walking away before we had a chance to answer. She was not attentive at all. For what we paid for our dinner and one beer, I expected a more. Will probably give the Boathouse a break next visit.
