Our family has been here many times. But our recent visit, party of 6, Apr 20th was not the greatest. Had 5:00 booked but had to wait (20 min) until previous diners left their table.
Drinks were very weak. Meals so so. I had seafood pasta, which was dry, not enough sauce & had to ask for extra cheese.
The waitress was very pleasant, but did not come around to ask if our meals were to our liking. Ambience is always good here, sun was shining !
Bill was almost $300.... did NOT get our money's worth.

Food and service were excellent. The atmosphere and view was also spectacular.

Our waitress was amazing. The other staff seemed a bit rude at the hostess stand and made us feel rushed when we were spending hundreds of dollars in your establishment.

Their service is excellent!

Server was very serious and not very attentive even though we were the only people there for the first half hour. Eggs on the $23 benny seemed fake. Not much flavor to the potato mash. View great as always. Spot they sat us in was very cold and windy and they said all the spots would be the same but I doubt it. Won't be back for brunch. Decor is not appealing. More like a high school cafeteria.

Quite surprised that during this "patio dining only" time it was easy to make a last minute weekend reservation. Perfect covered patio, amazing view (especially for sunset), located right on the water, great food & great attentive service.

Everything was great! Wonderful food, view, and exceptional service. The only thing was that, while we enjoyed the patio heater, it was WAY too hot. I got a heat rash on my arms and my cold wine was warm within 15 mins. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent service, very clean, friendly, good adherence to public health orders, and unbeatable view!

Overall very good. Pricey but good food. Convenient parking but be very careful. One of our vehicles parking expired less than 3 minutes and EASY PARK gave us a ticket.

I had made a reservation for a socially distant window table for my friend’s birthday.
I called Thursday evening to confirm with the restaurant that they could accommodate my seating needs due to my health issue. I was assured they could.
Then the restaurant staff called me twice Friday and the reservation details were reconfirmed.
When we arrived the table we had reserved was in use and the manager said they had no notes of the phone calls and he could not do anything te the table we needed. He was unconcerned and did not offer any food or drink compensation. Very poor service and attitude.

Enjoyed the view and food. Great place!

The restaurant was short staffed. I thought the wait for our bar service was too long. Another waiter would have made the overall work load easier for everyone. Also, on the cold side inside the restaurant.

The seafood chop chop salad was excellent.

One of the best restaurant in Vancouver with a water view. I can stare out at the ever changing sunset water views forever. Great cook on my steak and lobster order, all food from the kitchen was consistently good. I will definitely be back to enjoy the experience.

The waitress was so good, checking in for drinks as needed. Very friendly and quick service. Food was hot and delicious. We were a little disappointed that they didn't offer anything for our 5th wedding anniversary.

It was our friends birthday and the hostess was very attentive and friendly. She asked about who was celebrating and even brought a special piece of cake at the end. Really thoughtful and so kind.
We haven’t been out very often this year and this was a great way to make the evening special. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a place with great food & an amazing view, you can’t beat the Boathouse on Kits Beach. It’s my go-to place anytime I’m treating friends who are visiting our beautiful city or a special family get together. Nothing like that view while you enjoy your food.

Chips for the seafood dip were old. Fish tacos were flavourful. View is lovely.

My boyfriend and I booked dinner here last minute and we were very pleased! Our waitress went above and beyond, offering to turn the above heater off and on every 5 minutes to ensure we were comfortable. Our cups were always full and our food arrived quickly. Great food and very quiet due to covid. There were only 2 other tables. Definitely recommend!

Great view, nice service, unfortunately the quality of the food served didn’t match the rest.

The popcorn shrimp for happy hour was really much more fries then shrimp, and the happy hour calamari rings were super tiny + but otherwise everything tasted great and was fresh.

May be due to Covid-19 or Dine Out Vancouver event, food seemed to be pre-cooked.

Super location, good menu, excellent wine list. Restaurant is well spaced out inside, and there are plenty of window tables. We appreciated the ceiling heaters on the night we went. We will go back again.

Took advantage of the dine out Van deal of steak & shrimp & it was very delicious! I did a take out of the same deal that day & found the portion for the soup, entree & dessert was more like a teaser/appetizer size. It was quite small & I felt a bit cheated on that☹️Otherwise, everything was good. Our server was very attentive & friendly😃
